Biggest bunch of crooks !!! Said they would stop billing my cc ! Just got another two boxes .Doing a charge back on everything !

This is a scam company, once you order they keep sending and sending and sending and sending and keep charging until you have to get a new bank card!! These people are more unethical than their bogus products!!

Product is not doing anything. Automatically renews purchase, so you buy another batch every month. Very difficult cancel. Had to block my credit card.

I constantly email this scam of a company and ask to to stop charging me 89.99$ month. I've called my CC company and they advise me tha call company. This company is dog crap and needs to stop stealing $ from people.

Tried to return product in the 30 day window....wasn't possible, they would not send a prepaid shipping label for the return. From the $58 of the item they only credit a $14. Made a complaint through the credit card company and then Celivida made a full refund....with no explanation

If there was a negative choice I would choose it. Celivida charged me for an order they I never authorized$91. I cancelled my subscription, got the confirmation message, and 2 months later I was charged again - no product was ordered by me or received. They have now offered a “courtesy refund” of $25. I told them i expected a full refund as I didn’t authorize the charge, or receive any further NAD+. Stay away stay very far away .

Scam. They've changed their name and are billing me under the new name. Wasn't even aware this was a subscription. Also noticed they've placed a new label over their old product. If they don't cancel my subscription I will be seeking legal actions as I had a bad reaction after taking this product. It’s a scam don’t do it. I wanted to buy NAD+ one off under their previous brand catanutra and did not subscribe to anything. Not only did they auto subscribe me have tried to charge my card 20 times and when they changed company name they repeated tried to charge me for a product I did not sign up for. Do not by any means transact with these people. When I blocked my card they then tried contact me to update billing info after ignoring my emails filing complaints.

This is a scam company that goes by different names. They claim to be USA and 100 percent guarantee and refund. In reality it’s China, then another company and a month later you get a package that is beat up from California. After 27 letters for my refund and cancellation letter… nothing but promises! Scam alert!
