I have had different agents talk to me but overall its been good. I just want to now proceed to the next level

Everything went wrong from start to finish. Daylight robbery. Cancelled the order 2 minutes after it was purchased. They kept asking for information which was a stalling tactic then said it was too late. Company's selling platform is misleading and did not wait for final approval of payment. Disgusting and immoral selling practices. Do not buy from these whether product is ok or not.

When i sent an email asking for a refund because the lotion has made no difference to my skin I was sent a prompt response, so staff are good

I ordered 2 bottles of Glormd. After finishing the first one, I realized that I saw no difference in my skin. I was about to write to return the second bottle when I got the notification that the 3d and 4th bottles were on the way. I wrote to Victor and he told me to wait for the latest shipment and I could return them all for a refund. So that's what I'm doing. Thanks!

GloraMD is a scam, my grandaughter got my phone for 5 minutes and pushed some button, I called and complained 2 hours later and they wont refund my money. This is awful, They promised the order would be cancelled and lied. HOrrible company

I've never been ask to complete a survey before my request was completed. I'm being kind expecting to get my return accomplished and money back.

My experience has been ok, not great. Not great because an additional service and charge, which was not requested nor approved by me, was billed to me... But the CS people resolved it right away. The CS people have been helpful and cooperative so far. I'm requesting a refund because the product isn't working for me at all. For me, it's nothing like the ad. Please send me the return/refund instructions. I apologize for any inconvience. Thank you for your help.

My experience has not been great. I feel your company should have a 60 or 90 day money back guarantee to stand behind your products. I was told a refund was only available for the most recent order. I have used this product Gloria for over 4 weeks with no visible results, and have 5 unopened bottles of the product, 3 from the first order and 2 arriving today.

knowing your product is great except my skin rejected it.
