Never received my order and I ordered back in September of last year. I did receive a email offering me 20.00 for a refund on over a 155.00 plus order. SCAM

I have been waiting for my order for over 3 months. I have emailed several times, worh little to no response. I have been asking for a refund for over a month and no results. This is such a scam. They charged me fully for a product that hasn't been shipped, which is in fact illegal. This is a total scam.

Same experience no shorts since November 2021 .. run around from company . Reported to BBB and they didn’t understand what I was filing. Today 1/18/22 a package arrives with no instructions from a return warehouse and doesn’t seem to power on to do anything ..asked for a refund early on and never got it

I ordered these shorts in September of 2021 still haven’t received anything!! Requested a refund all I would get is the run around having stock issues and shipment problems!! Now we’re well into January of 2022 still no refund and no shorts!! Fighting it thru PayPal now! Buyers beware!!

I ordered the gym shorts for $154.00 and they sent me one that didn't work I asked for a refund, they said only on the $300 shorts. They said they would send me a replacement and they never did after 20 emails back n forth, now they don't email me back at all, scam

The costumer service is good, when I send message with some question immediately answer.the short is of good quality.

No response after the first month... tried all the addresses I could find. Multiple emails sent over the course of three months all with no reply. Thankfully I had paid using PayPal account and only after filing a resolution claim did I receive a response. A simple reply would have been appreciated. Never again.

My order was also placed by the end of September and I did not receive it yet.

My order was placed at the end of September 2021. The company initially responded and said there were delays due to Covid-19. It is now the end of December and after several attempts to contact the company this month, there has been no response. I am calling my credit card company as well to reverse the charge since no product was ever sent.

I would put a zero star if I could. No customer service when you contact them, just an automated reply with lots of emoji‘s. The item was not working and they promised to send over a new one. It’s been over two months but I’m waiting for the replacement item. I sent them emails, text messages, but it seems they don’t exist anymore. I have been chargedAnd I cannot get a refund.

This site is a scam. They have received my money and haven’t not filled the order. It’s been over 2 months. There’s no way to call or contact them only through an email and they don’t respond. Please don’t order these shorts

These shorts actually work and made a HUGE difference in my glute mass and appearance. I had lost 40 lbs and needed to regain my gluteal muscle mass. These shorts worked as I saw a difference within a few weeks using them once or twice a week for 20 mins! I just wanted people to know that this IS a great product! I currently am buying replacement gel pads as I never want to stop using this product!!

They don’t even deserve a star at all. The customer service is horrible, they either ignore you or send an automated generic email over an over. I ordered my shorts on 9/25 and it’s now 11/9 and I’ve heard nothing! I’m completely ignored and when I check the tracking it shows that my
Shorts were never even packaged and sent. Clearly this company is fraudulent. They are stealing our money and then ignoring us or sending some fake equipment. I’m definitely reporting them to BBB. Not that it matters because this guy will probably just keep changing the fake company name. Unreal! Bottom line don’t purchase from this company!!!!

Gymtech is a fake instagram brand scam. Their product is cheap, doesn't work and burns your skin. Their reviews are all fake. If you try to make a return under their 90 day no questions asked policy they give you a BS reason for why they can't do that. Please don't waste your money!

Look at their fake positive reviews - all vague/general, no before/after results, and all from people with 1 review only.

I ordered my shorts on 9/2. On 9/21 I tried to cancel, but was told that they had shipped (untrue) on 10/4 I got a notification saying that they had finally shipped.. I received them on 10/16. I tried them on & they shocked me, now I’m trying to return them and they are saying no. Do Not Buy From This Company.

I purchase shorts on Sept 13th, it was received Oct. 15th. I tried them out on Oct. 17th.
1. I did not receive the shorts ordered
2. No instructions
3. controller not working (yes, I charge, a hold day)
4. refusing to refund

Purchase made 8/12. Received 10/16. In between that time I sent several follow up emails requesting status update. Kept being told order was on the way. I requested cancellation 9/24. Order mailed 10/6 twelve days after cancellation request. Waiting for return label so that I can send back. Poorest customer service ever.

received my shorts. these came defective. I emailed them and they treatme very kindly at first. i wrote over and over for weeks, as i never received the replacement, they wrote back stating they run out of stock and were waiting for new ones to come and if Ill be ok to get a 20$ refund. I said No! i rather a full refund and when these are back in stock i would decide if repurchase or not. I got the refund notice but no the money reverted to my card. i am starting to believe they are a real scam.
