I ordered the HER + collagen well apparently they don’t even make it they sent me the Medicube collagen stick stick which is obviously not the same company after giving me more than the run around about it they wanted the packing label well after researching it is a 1 bedroom apartment in the Bronx. Please beware this company HER is definitely a SCAM fake produces

i"ll admit to not realizing i had signed up for a subscription. i realized when i received a second product a month later. i emailed about cancelling & returning my item. the subscription has been cancelled. as i was in the process of cancelling, i saw that another one of the same product has been shipped. too late to cancel it but i don't understand why another one is being shipped just 11 days after i received the 2nd product. now im getting the run around. i was told to email to get a return shipping label. then i get an email saying i'll get 20% back after being told verbally earlier in my phone call i'd get a full refund when i send them back. i just called again & was told the same thing so i certainly better get a mailing label & full refund. not the least bit happy.

I placed my order over 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. The tracking information has now changed to “Unknown,” with no explanation or updates. It’s extremely frustrating to pay for an order and have no idea where it is or if it’s even coming. Based on my experience, the shipping and communication have been very disappointing. I hope they improve their customer service and order fulfillment process because I wouldn’t feel confident ordering from them again.

This is taking forever to get to me. Other than that, it’s fine.

I still waiting on my order. The tracking shows that it left Georgia, came to Oregon, & is now back in Georgia since June 24th. When I reach out about the order, I get messages that say it’s still on the way. They tell me that most shipments take up to 12 days. Well, it’s past 12 days now, & my package is still in Georgia.

This probably look by far it's the best I have ever experienced for my the amount of hydration the way it just seeps in my skin is unbelievable I have been looking at myself more in the mirror and the difference is mind blowing my husband has even commented on my glow Especially with being someone that's always needed always on the go never have time for myself this product brought back my loving myself It took about two weeks to get delivered but it was well worth the wait Putting in my order was simple and easy and the product is extraordinary you do not need a lot of it I usually give myself a stripe at my cheek bone a stripe at my chin stripe across my chin A stripe on my T zone and then I'm set for the day

I've only used this product for 2 weeks and I've already noticed an improvement in my skin. Less wrinkles around my eyes and on my neck. The delivery took longer than expected which I wasn't happy about but the product and its results are worth the wait. I'll be purchasing again and I've told friends about how great it is.

It’s been two weeks and I am STILL waiting on my order. They also enrolled me in a subscription I never signed up for, but luckily I saw the reviews first and spammed them with emails telling them to cancel it. Supposedly they did, but I blocked the company through my bank due to customer reviews anyway.

Product is good.
And delivery what is fairly quick

They taste good but it takes a long time to get delivered i waited 2 weeks so i don’t know if i will use this again

The item I ordered was shipped from China so it took 29 days from start to receiving the item.
