I made an order in November of 3 jumpsuit that I never received according to them it had been deliberate when I never received anything. Now looking at the comments of other users I also receive 3 earrings that were not even complete I wondered who had sent it but apparently they charge the jumpsuits and send him that nonsense. They are thieves, don't dare to buy on that page because they are first-class scammers.

Ordered 3 gowns and definitely paid that price only to receive 1 pyjama made of polyester and silicone.

They couldn’t even get the size of the pyjama right. 😂

If you’re gonna scam, at least be smart about it.

Scam! Ordered 3 jumpsuits. 3 earring hooks were delivered. Complained to my credit card and they disputed it so haven’t been refunded. Have emailed them and they are ignoring me. Please do not order from here!!!!!!!!!

I paid $95 for a walking pad that never ever came. If I could report to the police and know something would be done I would do it. I’m going to try and dispute the charge with my bank.

I didn’t even bother with the company. I called my credit card company and had the charges reversed. Try doing that instead.

I ordered a walking pad £50.00 from this so called company ,recieved an earing hook like everyone else ,seems they think this is funny in my opinion, these crooks need investigating ,avoid like the plague .

I placed an order on the 30/01/26 and this week I received an ear ring hook and not a walking pad that I paid for. No updates no follow ups my other is still on shop.com showing as awaiting delivery update.

SCAM please do not order from these people, I ordered the buy 2 get one free jumpsuit and I didn't receive anything until I disputed the charge with my bank and they sent me 2 earring hooks. The bank denied my dispute because they had a tracking number.

Extremely disappointed, never recieved my order emailed over 10 times with no response back what so ever

SCAM!! Ordered 3 jumpsuits and received 3 earring attachments. Just like everybody else. Should’ve checked on here first. Stupid mistake, learned my lesson!

Giving them a one is given too much credit ordered the walking pad on January 30, 2026 and here it is February 18, 2026 and still have not received the package. They were emailing me and then all communication stopped. I notified my bank they’re doing an investigation. Hope no one else buys anything from them. Biggest scam I ever had to go through.

Well, well, well. Like Lorraine of Jan. 13/26 review; I, too, received a single shepherd's hook earring. I could not figure out why and now I know. I'll be reporting this company to the RCMP for fraud and to my bank for a refund on my credit card.

This company is a scam.. never received my jumpsuit ! Like everyone else said I recieved an earring hook! Stay away from this company

I wishing could give it 1 star. I placed an order back on dec 2 2025 and I have been emailing them every week about my package, as it says it wa delivered and I never received. Upon looking and reading everyone else review, I guess my package with the 3 ear ring hooks were from their crooked tail.. please do not order from them. You will not receive your order, this business is a SCAM,SCAM SCAM!!

Same thing happened to me than to everyone else, bought 3 pairs of yoga bottoms and waited ages and then sent an email. Just realised the random little earrings I got sent was from them rather than what I paid for!

SCAMMER. They also have a shop named TrySierra. BOTH A SCAM. Charged $65 for a walking pad , I knew it was too good to be true. I never received my item and they quickly deleted their website, Shop Pay, and social medias. Beware of this disgusting filthy scammer. I hope you rot.

If I could give it zero stars I would. It is a complete SCAM. I ordered 3 body suit on dec 27th and today feb 4th i received a package with 3 earring hooks.
