My blood pressure was constant at 140/90 with resting heart rate at 70. I am 72 years old and in fairly good shape as I am quite active outdoors so having my BP elevated was concerning to me. I tried the beets and pomegranate juice and other supplements to no improvement. I then tried your Cacao at first and almost immediately I could feel the difference. My BP started dropping. I then added your Natto and I feel awesome. I can tell you that after two months my BP is constant at an average of 110/72 to 105/70 with a resting heart rate of 58. That is what a young athlete has !!! I try to run 3 miles a day then bike 7 to 10 miles after that. I cannot tell you how amazing that feels and gives me a whole new outlook on life. I’ve dropped 15 lbs and again feel like I did years ago. My results might not be what some people will experience but as I told myself when I started “What have I got to lose ?” What price do you put on your health ? Please do not ever stop making and offering these to products. Thank you !!

I had the misfortune of having some shipping issues with my first product delivery though now that I have had the opportunity to try the Maia Cocoa product I have to say I am very pleased at this point. The quality of the product is supreme and the taste is quite delicious making me very happy with anticipation of reaping the health benefits this product offers. I will let you know about that in a few months. I just receive my order of Nattokinase suppliment which I have added to my daily Maiai Cocoa ritual. Wish me luck as I am trying to reduce my high calcium score and reverse years of damage due to inflammation.

What makes this product great is is tastes great and had helped me with my high blood pressure and has me feeling very good.

Purchased product. From April 1st thru 10th, I used the product approximately 7 times. Followed instructions exactly as indicated on package. I like mine with lactaid milk. Cocoa absolutely does not mix whatsoever. Lays on bottom of glass and extreme clumping no matter what. Used hand-held power blender. Tried for short periods and longer periods of mixing without Cocoa product dissolving and mixing. Always clumps and settles to bottom of glass.

I’m in Canada and had a little trouble receiving the product to begin with, we were able to work this out through their email service and prompt response. I’m so glad that I tried it because have arterial plaque sclerosis and had developed high blood pressure, severe cramping and pain in my left leg, as well my cardiovascular surgeon wanted to do my surgery on my right carotid artery as it is almost completely blocked. The left side has already been done as I had a TIA a few years back. Since starting Maia back in January, the pain in my leg is all but gone, my blood pressure is down 10 to 20 points both systolic and diastolic and I’ve noticed an improvement in the bedroom, I can’t wait to have my vascular surgeon test my artery blockage again and to hear his reaction when he says it has cleared up ! 

Maia Cacao mixes well with 1/2 and 1/2, stir until completely dissolved.

I absolutely don’t know how to write this because my first shipment was perfect amazing I love fell in love with the product and I wanted more so I re-ordered and I feel like it has been such a bait and switch even the marketing still today shows that the ceremonial cocoa comes with 2000 CU of NATTOKINASE, yet now all my packages that they sent me does not have it in there and when you go to their website, they sell it (the NATTOKINASE separately, in pill form! I don’t want this. It’s taste terrible. It’s a completely different formula. It’s not the same flavor. I doubt if it has the same benefits, and when I complain, they tell me mixed stories like they can’t get their story straight. The problem is there’s 1 million places I can buy the product from and all of them have the picture with the. NATTOKINASE Included which even theirs did but when they shipped it, it was not in there. So now I don’t wanna spend another hundred and something dollars to get the wrong thing because it’s not returnable because of food safety so right now I’ve already lost over $100 and I don’t have a product that I want. I love the product? I want more but now they’re bait and switching people and not sending them the original stuff that they advertise and they advertise it a lot.
Beware!! What you ordered and what they shipped might be two different things!!

The taste of the cocoa and the results that it has driven for me. I have more energy and strength along with reduced blood pressure. I put the super cocoa in my protein shake each morning. It is my intention of being a forever customer!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I have been taking Maia High Flavanol Super Cacao for 2 and 1/2 months now and beginning to see some physical health benefits. I take two servings daily, one first thing in the morning and the second just after dinner. Because of this, each package only lasts me 15 days. I'm taking this specifically because I want to improve my arteries and circulation. I'v always had cold hands and feet and have begin to notice that they have definitely improved. Previously, my feet were ice cold when going to bed and now they are just cool to the touch. I plan to continue my regimen and expect to realize even greater improvement.

I’ve been drinking cacao for a long time but just recently found Maia Cacao. This is the best! It’s rich and smooth without any bitterness. I love that it is organic and has no sugar. I’m hoping it also helps lower my borderline blood pressure but it’s too soon (about 2 weeks). I will definitely be using this cacao for a long time!

I just know it's bringing my blood pressure down and I'm sleeping better. Since I have been taking it I have been watching my blood pressure. I have noticed it going down where I want to be.

Ive been using Maia for about a year and feel SO MUCH better! Ive got some family using it and one cousin has raised her ejection fraction from 26 to 45! Is it Maia? Can't be 100% sure, but my own palpitations have stopped.

Whatever blood pressure benefit you might receive from the cacao is completely erased if you try to communicate with Maia Cacao customer care about items missing from your shipment. They will respond, but don't expect them to ship the missing items. I purchased “buy 2, get 2” and added 9 additional bags of Maia cacao at checkout for $157.50 on Aug 29, 2025. I received 4 bags of cacao delivered by Amazon on Sept 22, 2025. I emailed Maia customer care on Oct 12 and 14 to report the missing cacao and Maia customer care said “no problem, we'll ship the missing bags of cacao right away.” I never received an email with tracking stating a 2nd shipment was sent. I never received an email with tracking from Amazon for a 2nd shipment for the order. I never received a “delivered” email or text from Amazon for a 2nd shipment for the order. Maia customer care insists the package was delivered and has given me 2 addresses where it was supposedly delivered, neither of which is the address that is on the order - my address. I got multiple email responses from Maia customer care when I continued to request a 2nd shipment with the 9 bags of cacao that I never received. They kept emailing back saying they would investigate and handle it. I never received the 9 additional bags. Maia refuses to make this right. $157.50! Theft. Dishonesty.
P.S. The response from Maia Customer Care to my review on TrustPilot was “the 2nd shipment for this order was delivered” and a tracking number they sent me previously for an address in another state.

I love Maia I’ve order multiple times. Always received my order in less than a week. The taste is amazing it also helps with my BP to bring it down, with other supplements. Their customer service is outstanding every time I called them what I was calling about was settled instantly. Nothing has happened to give them a 5 star rating.

This stuff is truly amazing. I am no longer on any blood pressure meds. My readings are incredible! 120/70.... was my last reading. When I go out for walks, I no longer am short of breath. It's absolutely incredible what this means to me. I am 68 years old. I feel like I can walk for days! This is my saving grace.

I ordered (and appreciated the "upsell" videos because I was able to order more, so I can use more than once a day if I'd like), and have been using it almost every day for 6 months. I do believe it has made a difference because I got off a beta blocker. My BP is about the same as when I was taking the beta blocker, so that makes me very happy. Just ordered again because I wanted the cacao with the nattokinese added. I also have been using their natto product for 3-4 months also. Every time I have contacted customer service for various things, I always get someone who is helpful. My only request for this company would be to have the contact info easier to find - I can't find it at all on the website, so do an online search and the number appears. I think it would help to have a Contact Us section on the website. Other than that, I'm highly pleased.

Absolutely love this product!! Never a day without it!

I started using Maia about two months ago and I have noticed a difference so far. I have diabetes and I noticed that I don’t have the quick, long spikes in glucose. Instead, I have a gradual spike and a quick return to normal levels. I haven’t had my blood test done yet, but I suspect those will show an improvement. And my glucose readings are now lower than they have been.
