Wat jammer om te horen dat je zo’n slechte ervaring hebt gehad. Ik begrijp volledig hoe frustrerend het moet zijn om het gevoel te hebben dat je geen reactie krijgt en dat het product niet werkt zoals je had gehoopt. Wij nemen dit soort feedback heel serieus en blijven voortdurend werken aan betere communicatie en productervaringen voor onze klanten.

Echter, ik wil je graag laten weten dat er momenteel veel namaakmerken in omloop zijn die onze naam gebruiken, zoals “Zovihome”. Wij zijn Ozzi Mozzie, en het lijkt erop dat je wellicht niet via ons officiële kanaal hebt besteld.
