There is no bait and switch involved. All pricing, terms, and treatment details are clearly disclosed before checkout. Additionally, there is no long-term commitment. Customers may cancel at any time.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. As we clarified over the phone, the medication and pharmacy you mentioned were provided by another clinic, not by us. Since you had no active prescriptions with us in your account, that is why there was no option cancel. The good news is that you have no refills remaining, so no further charges will occur. We take all feedback very seriously, but after carefully checking our system by name, email, and order number, we could not find any record of you ever placing an order with Try Nova MD. Because of that, we’re concerned this review may not reflect a genuine customer experience.

At Try Nova MD, every order comes with clear details, usage instructions, and direct access to our licensed providers. Refunds are also processed promptly according to our policy, so the issues described here don’t match how we operate.

It was great speaking with you, and we’re glad we could get this sorted out! We appreciate your feedback and apologize for any confusion regarding the cancellation process. We're actively working to make it easier and truly value your input.

You can pause your prescriptions through your portal, which keeps your account active, prevents charges while paused, and allows you to resume seamlessly without starting over.

For full cancellation, we’ve made it clear that you must email contactus@trynovamd.com. This will result in the removal of all active prescriptions, and if you wish to restart in the future, you will need to complete the questionnaire again.

We’ve also updated our terms of service to clarify the process. Thanks for your patience, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any further assistance!
