Absolute SCAM! No management of subscription allowed. Refuses to cancel after months of attempts. DO NOT waste your money as youll be charged monthly regardless of whether you want the product or not.

They rope you into subscription, there is no option to cancel and they have taken out money 3 times, didn't receive last two deliveries and they refuse to cancel. Total scammers....disgusting. there is no phone number to call....thieves

Been stating in email and over the phone to cancel since March 28th and they still continue to send me their expired ass gummies! Complete trash and huge scam…. There need to be a class action lawsuit

They are charging me a monthly subsciption I did not sign up for. And continue to charge me despite multiple requests to cancel the subscription due to 'technical difficulties'. I have to cancel my credit card.

I complained now for over a week of the fact that they have taken $130 from me for a so called “membership” that is part of their terms and conditions. Yet I have read it over 10 times. NOTHING IN IT SAYS IT.
I have tried multiple times to get this money back. NO PARCEL AT ALL Has arrived it!!! Been over 3 weeks. They over change u and then base everything from terms and conditions. Yet nothing says anything about it in them. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! SCAM!!!

My bank wouldn’t help me because I authorized a one time payment. Total scam!! I have only received emails that they are experiencing technical difficulties.

I can't even give it the one star, charged 2 times and no product to show. Had to go into my bank and change everything, their Georgia has to be a robot. If y'all find a way to officially charge them, please contact me! Complete scam "company".

If I could give negative stars I would. I never received my first order. I never signed up for a subscription and they keep charging me even after they said they would cancel it. This is the third time! I keep disputing with my bank but this is ridiculous.

I cancel over a month ago email after email keeps saying sorry error can’t cancel yet they have no problem they keep charging me total scam for sure no number to call and the same message over and over about error in system I don’t know how I’m ganna stop this and get my money back but very unprofessional and scam

I have the same issues about how they charged for a subscription that I never signed up for. I say we file a lawsuit because this is getting out of hand. It's scamming a lot of innocent people. The fact that the supplier "Georgia" replied to me about giving me back a refund and still till this day, I haven't received it.

I placed my order nearly a month ago but i didn’t even received yet . And no even any update .so, how can i believe it, it worls or not

Watch out! They won’t cancel and keep charging even if you request for them to cancel the subscription! I had to dispute with my bank since they say they have logistical issues and cannot cancel!

I have had a truly terrible experience with this company. Despite multiple requests to cancel my subscription, they continue to bill me without resolution. Their customer service is unresponsive and filled with excuses, claiming various technical issues that prevent them from processing cancellations.

It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that clearly does not prioritize its customers or their requests. I urge others to think twice before signing up, as it seems nearly impossible to cancel a subscription once you’re in.

It appears that many others share the same complaint, and we should unite to hold this company accountable. We all deserve better and should consider legal action against them for their deceptive practices. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs!

I ordered this product and it doesn't work. I never subscribed and they keep charging my credit card. I sent them emails to stop charging me and they keep notifying me that they are having problems with their system and cant stop the charges. I have received now 4 emails with an excuse of why they wont stop charging me. I am hoping that very soon this company will be stopped for scamming. Also, that they will be exposed for their trash product.

Don’t do it! They somehow signed me up for a subscription and I have been emailing for 4 weeks to cancel. “Georgia” said they re having a system issue and cannot cancel at this time. Now they are just ignoring my emails. Finally called the bank and put a stop payment for the company. Total scam. I spy dialed the telephone number listed with the company that shows up on my bank account. It is a cell phone number. Whoever is running this is a total con artist job…

I ordered on January 28th, it is now April 9th and I still haven't recieved my order. Despite my best efforts to contact nutralife, I was given a run around about "high order volumes". I requested a refund and it was completely dismissed and ignored. I then recieved an email stating my order was in transit and would arrive soon. That was a month ago, and I still haven't recieved anything. I have emailed again, requesting a refund for the second time. I am very displeased with my experience, and the dismissal of my complaint from the customer service lady Georgia. This is absolutely atrocious.

Do not order! It is a scam. I ordered one plus one. I got one bag with a card that said we put all in one bag. One bag had 60 supplements!! But on the site you see a package with 60 supplements so one plus one is 120!! I contact them and they said or package contains 30 supplements. On the website there is no.mention about 30 only 60. I wanted to return it I did not open it. They said no! But in their return policy I can return it. ! Scammers

Never got my product, never received a tracking number, never got a reply to numerous emails. DO NOT ORDER!

The company claims to be selling a buy one get one 60 count bag and yet they only send 1 bag. The website does not show a 30 count bag. After multiple conversations and complaints- they still hold firm that they were sold out of 30 count bags and only sent 1 60 count bag.
