Do not buy this pendant. We bought 3 for our dogs and we have already lost one of the inserts in the pendant which fall out quite easily. If this doesn't happen in the first 30 days they are not interested in replacing it! Shocking. The other 2 have lost their smell already in less than 2 months so can't see them being effective for a year. Waste of money!

I ordered the natural flea & tick pendant for my dog. The order confirmation came quickly, and support replied fast when I asked a question. The price felt fair for the quality, and the shipping was smooth with no delays. Really happy with the overall experience!
