Sculptique delivers excellent products, especially if you are looking for effective help with Lymphatic System drainage. Even more impressive is their customer service! I reached out to Desiree to help me with my account, and she responded immediately with a friendly, professional solution and followed through quickly to resolve my issue. Fantastic! Desiree and this company treat customers like valued members of their family. I recommend Sculptique very highly!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this company
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this company. I canceled subscription mid May, then received notice in mid July of their intent to ship new order. I immediately contacted them to not ship the order because I’d emailed two months before to cancel and sent them proof. I told them that they’d made an unauthorized charge to my account and asked that they put the money back. They acknowledged receiving my cancellation notice but failed to note it in my account. They have refused to put the money back into my account and refused to pay for the return postage on products that they sent because they failed to cancel my subscription after a 2 month notice to do so. On top of that, the product doesn’t work!! I will never buy from them again!

No email correspondence
I sent 3emails, 3days in a row and never received a response!
The first email was sent immediately after I received confirmation of my order. In those emails I specifically asked to have one of the items removed from my order before they were shipped.
Unfortunately and unfairly, I now have to pay the shipping fees to send back the item I didn’t want! And then wait for reimbursement.
Upon receiving my order, I immediately called for Customer Support. Cookie was kind, understanding and helpful in guiding me through the return process.

The Customer Service was awesome. I dealt with Desiree and John. Due to a different medical problem, I was unable to continue with the product. Both of them were more than happy to help me cancel the product purchase and refund the purchase price. Their company has great customer service representatives.
