Hi, I need to request the returns but they did not come back to me. I have now been in touch with 3rd party for my payment to be refunded. Worst Service.

I ordered 15th April Coach bag still didn’t receive. Customer service didn’t respond. I just let you know guys that’s is not competent shop look like something doggy

Wrong size bag delivered, clutch bag as opposed to full size

Website seems to have gone, no email replies

Almost certainly to reappear in new guise

I ordered a Longchamp bag for my sister's Birthday present, however I wanted to return as it's not the right size.

I have now sent four emails to the address given in the returns section of the website, and it keeps bouncing back.

I have no idea how else to get hold of the customer services team, as there is no telephone number and no online chat.

Vedeia only give 15 days to make a return, how am I meant to do that when I cannot get hold of you!

Great company, lovely bag.

The customer service team were brilliant when my order didn't arrive in time for my daughter's birthday. They made an extremely generous offer to make up for it. Their warm personal message came as such a welcome surprise in a world of chatbots. I was really impressed.

Initially, I ordered a bag that turned out to be smaller than I expected. The measurements were listed on the website, but I didn’t quite realize how compact it would be, and the photos made it appear larger.
Although their return policy doesn’t accept opened products, their customer service went above and beyond. They kindly offered to send me a larger bag free of charge, which was such a generous solution.
The replacement arrived quickly and without any issues, and I absolutely love it — it’s exactly what I was looking for.
Overall, I’m very impressed with their support. The customer service is truly top-notch, and they made the whole experience feel easy and positive. I would definitely recommend them!

Order something for my gf for her birthday, but unfortunately I ordered the wrong color. Reached out to there support the next day, and they were able to change the order to teh color I initially wanted to order.
