Persistence is key!

Great product helps with my focus and energy levels, I have a long-term illness which effects my energy and focus levels, helps with brain fog.
Also helps with training I'm 59 and definitely feel the difference when taking it with the creatine.
Muscles still grow lol.

Unable to give it a full review as I started taking it half way through what turned out to be a bad chest infection. What I will say is this, it’s the only time I’ve had such a bad infection and been able to still function pretty well. Here’s hoping when I’m well I will feel even more benefit. 🤣
