Ordered this jacket over 20 days ago. Still has not arrived. I have called and emailed and received no response. Poor customer service. Update: Seller reached out and was sincerely concerned and resolved issue very promptly. I have received the jacket and totally love it. Will order from them again based on this current customer service.

This was a last minute purchase for a Christmas present and nowhere else had the item available, let alone that I could order and get before Christmas.

The representative who helped me on the phone went out of her way to ensure the item would be shipped from the warehouse location that could get it to me in time for Christmas. I was beyond happy and grateful. She waited on the phone with me while I submitted the order online so she could receive the order and process it right away.

I ordered my son the OGIO bag, the quality is good. He has a OGIO bag but it is old, he had it for 5 years. It was an easy step ordering the bag online and I was very satisfied with the delivery, the OGIO bag was delivered to me fast.
