TSB New Zealand Opiniões 

I wanted to try this NZ owned bank to apply for a mortgage on my new build. Because the new build had already started they didnt want to know. Told me they didnt do this and sorry and blamed the govt lol. Get real TSB and have a life and do things right. Dont go near this bank if you read this.

One of the good bank i been using friendly stuff, fast ! and explain so many thing that you not understand. I just open the bank account with tsb and I'm so happy to recommend for everyone

My wife and I have been banking with TSB for around 8 years now, and are easily the best bank we use.
The most important asset of any business is it's staff and in TSB staff always made us feel welcome, with a willingness to help.
For sure there are sometimes issues around compliance, but we understand these are more driven banking regulations then by the bank itself, and have always been helped through the process of negotiating these.
We have found this to be the case in the 3 regions we have lived.

One star is as low as you can go but TSB doesn't even reach that mark in my experience. I attempted four times through online application and phone call to open an account. Yes that's right a new customer. And got sweet FA. I am the type of customer they want and they couldn't be bothered. Avoid.

ive mostly had a good experience from TSB over the last 10+ years. i would reccomend them.

Bloody terrible at when you need anything done with your loans, every time have to communicate, have to spend 10 mins talking to someone who cant help and then gets you to fill out a 2 hour form before can even talk to a loans person for a simple 2 min question. To make matters worse it always takes 2 or 3 emails and 5 calls before the right person gets back in touch. Fed up with their poor loans service, been a TSB customer since a kid but will be re-financing somewhere else when next term expires, used to be great - now have gone down the drain

I am disgusted in this bank . They are the worst bank i have ever banked with , accused my wife and myself of money laundering even after we supplied everything they wanted they then stopped us being able to use our accounts . The staff are very unprofessional and not friendly or helpful at all.

Refinancing to TSB has been an extremely time-consuming, compliance heavy and frustrating experience. I don't recommend if you have any sort of 'complex' structure like a trust, they struggled to cope with mine. You can't get internet banking until you have the debit card, which takes a week apparently! When I called up to get an account balance I failed the screening questions because I was asked questions that I couldn't answer because I don't yet have internet banking because I'm still waiting for the debit card! TSB definitely value compliance over customer service.
