Bought a laptop from amazon. The hard drive failed and amazon was no help. Contacted them and they were happy to fix it. Dropped it of in there store and was fixed in a few hr. Went above and beyond to get it sorted. Will definitely recommend.

We have checked your information and it looks like you have bought your item from outside the UK which is why we would not of received a notification to ship the item. We do not ship outside the UK as of yet so the website should have refunded you straight away and let you know the reason for this, but it looks like this did not happen for some reason.
