Quick delivery of my artificial grass samples the colours are really gorgeous and they were perfect for my little project I'm doing

This was my first experience of artificial grass so I was not sure what to expect. However, I was not disappointed. Delivery was prompt, the quality of the California 38mm grass was excellent and very realistic looking. Very satisfied and would recommend this company.

Great business to deal with. Ordered on line and received clear information on our delivery timeline. Received further delivery information the day prior to delivery and a call from Piotr on the day when he was close by. Piotr was also very helpful with the unloading and storage. Good quality decking and will definitely look to Tuda for further garden and landscaping products.

Fast delivery, excellent product easy to install

Really impressed with TudaGrass. I’d previously ordered from another company and unfortunately had a terrible experience, so I decided to try TudaGrass instead as they had the same product.

I was really pleased with the service. I was called the day after ordering and told that the delivery driver would call before delivery. Everything was smooth, straightforward and professional from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend them and would happily use them again.

Delivered on time and with good quality. One pack of screws have a square fitting along with a hex tool and cannot source a tool to fit them. The hex screws and clips were perfect and hold the decking securely.

Absolutely no issues. Competitive price, speedy delivery, helpful customer services, quality goods.

Dreadful customer service. States on website between 3-5 days for shipping. Called up after 5 days to find out where order was only to be told it would be another 4 days as apparently Scotland is a remote location. Funny that as they had no issue when I paid £49.99 for next day delivery for the first part of the order which came next day to said remote location. Will never use Tudagrass again.

Ordered the series 1 anthracite slatted cladding. Really nice classy looking product. Excellent delivery and communication. Would use again.

I ordered a roll of underlay via Amazon which arrived in good time. The underlay was cut to size and stuck down by others. On walking on the underlay we noticed lumps and shockingly hard sharp pieces of plastic. We raised this with Amazon who contacted Tuda Grass. We were told to return the roll of underlay and Tuda Grass would determine if they agree that it's faulty. If they don't agree they would deduct some of the refund and return costs. As the underlay was removed it was damaged and as stated cut to size. Neither Tuda Grass or Amazon would guarantee a full refund so in the end we took it to the tip. Amazon offered us a £30 credit to our account.

You state that you will determine if refunds are full. I pointed out that the 5 M offer was not suitable. Was I really expected to cut out all the faults and patch up the holes? I would suggest you review the emails. As you wouldn't arrange collection I asked if you would refund the carriage charge we incurred, this was ignored. I told you the carpet underlay had been cut to size laid and tapped. When lifting obviously the edges were all damaged by removal of the tapes. I asked if this would affect the refund, again no answer. I reverted back to Amazon as should we return the underlay and you claim it's not as delivered we would have not only lost the initial payment but also the returns costs. I would suggest you also look at previous complaints of a similar issue. In addition your description is far from the truth, the underlay is far from luxury and as it was holed where the contaminates were I would very much question your hard wearing claim. I stand by my comment and would advise others who are looking for a good quality underlay to avoid this product

I had no problem at all ordering online. A big selling point for me was free delivery; other companies wanted over £100. The order came on time and when I discovered some clips were missing they were immediately couriered to me. The composite decking is of good quality, easy to cut and simple to lay and secure.

Ordered samples to my address which were delivered picked my grass and then ordered the real amount to then be phoned by the company saying they don’t deliver to Scottish highlands so they were cancelling my order and there website states they deliver to the Scottish highlands fake advertising stay clear

45 lengths of blackcomposite decking ordered. Delivery was arranged and although there was a delay communication was regular and when a time slot was given at 7-8:30 on a Saturday morning- that's exactly when it arrived. Delivery driver Alex was very cool and made the off loading a nice experience. Quality of the boards match that in a local store costing almost £12 a length more! I also ordered the screws and spacer clips which made laying the boards effortless. Boards also cut really easy with a skill saw or pull down saw no special blade was used.

I will be more than happy to use this company and the decking again. Durability wise I can't comment but the product has a guarantee so....

Excellent service. Would order again. Good quality AstroTurf.. Very efficient delivery service. Received a phone call to plan delivery date. Driver then rang when he was 30 minutes away from delivery.

I have ordered twice from Tuda and each experience has been very positive and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of ordering from them. I had to call to ask a question on each order and the assistants were both polite and helpful. Just one thing to note when ordering artificial grass from them is that your basket looks like it’s got lots in it rather than just the one item but this is normal and due to their systems for artificial grass orders. Their service, delivery, customer service and products are five stars :)
