Thank you for your feedback.
However, we feel that this review is inaccurate and not a true reflection of the company. On moving into the property, no comments were ever made by yourselves advising that the apartment was unclean.
For the short period you rented through ourselves, we never received any complaints. Any maintenance issues / requests have always been dealt with promptly and for you to leave a 1 star review, purely because we are claiming an end of tenancy clean, we feel is totally unfair and not accurate.
Our branch have on file, dated photos from when you took possession and a full documented inventory which you signed, showing the apartment was taken in good condition. We also have photos showing the condition once you had vacated the property and handed over keys. We are happy to publish these to back up our response to your review. These images have also been shared with you via email.
All disputes to any claim will be dealt with through The Deposit Protection Service.

Tudor lettings and sales were very professional
Tudor managed our property when we rented it out and had to deal with quite a challenging client. They handled this very well. So we asked them to sell the property for us during lockdown, a difficult task. They managed to find us a buyer relatively quickly and I am pleased to say it ran very smoothly. They were very professional and extremely helpful with everything.

Excellent service!
Service from Tudor was brilliant, in particular Kate who handled everything brilliantly, constant communication with progress updates and did a lot of leg work chasing up solicitors etc. Made buying an house very easy!

I was really impressed by the service…
I was really impressed by the service provided by Matthew, Joanne and Kate is was always a pleasure to speak to them. Even though the move wasn’t as straight forward as I’d hope (through no fault of Tudor at all) they were very reassuring and kind throughout the process. I’d definitely recommend using Tudor and when I do sell in the future I know where to come!
