I bought 2 of the dogs that don't work the packages with damaged when they got here, they do not do commands like y'all, said, I've bought box from several times and not got them yet, I bought a comfort from y'all and have not got it yet, bought a pair of me. I have never received the promotional discounts. But my absolutely disgusted review is that having placed 18 separate orders on the same day, using the buy with one click facility Tumu took my money from my bank account via paypal. I have a print out of the transactions which I offered to send to Tumu. The problem - I received my package today with all 18 items. Most of them i want to return but when I log on they have no record on the Tumu system that I placed an order or that they received any money from me for the order - strange as I have the package here in my house. I have spent 3 hours typing back and forth with their so call customer service only to finally be told that they have no record of my order and are unable to explain why the money was taken (over 200 euros) or indeed why I received the goods that I ordered. I offered to send them the goods returned with my account number but despite offering again and again they ignored my question and ignored me asking why they were ignoring me. Needless to say I will never use them again

I have given up. I don’t know why you guys haven’t shipped out my watch yet. Your getting a bad review every day until I do

After more lies and over 2 hours of being told I’m a useless piece of dirt by some joker who refused to transfer my call to anyone, let alone comply with uk lawThis matter is now going to court unless the ceo rings me and treats a disabled customer with respect.and deals with the problems. Pas lidt på med køb fra Tumu.
Jeg har købt rigtigt meget hos Tumu Ikke alt er pengene værd, det er som regel det billigste. Nogle varer er dyrere end i f.eks Biltema.
Jeg har skrevet og chattet mange gange med dem om en fiskestang, jeg ikke fik leveret.
Jeg har betalt for tre fiskestænger i tre forskellige ordrer, men har aldrig fået leveret den første. Jeg har sendt kopi af ordre til dem flere gange, men stadig ingen reaktion.

Bestellingen die via Colis Privé geleverd worden, verdwijnen of er komt enkel een lege beschadigde verpakking. Op klachten wordt er door Colis Privé niet gereageerd.

Een geweldig goed bedrijf. Snelle levering tegen mooie prijzen. Geen probleem als er iets niet goed is, gewoon aanmelden je krijgt een retourformulier en terug sturen binnen 10 dagen geld op de rekening. Leveren ze te laat krijg je korting of is het gratis zelfs niets doen regelen ze zelf allemaal voor je. Een bedrijf waar je trots op mag zijn en waar veel bedrijven nog wat van kunnen leren
