I was charged for items, money taken out from bank. Months later still received nothing after the website claimed that it would be shipped in 3 to 5 business days. They disputed my claim with visa and somehow won. I am out the money and no products received unless the mystery box was truly invisible.

I have been emailing them for 2 weeks due to my order being wrong and they have not responded, other then a auto generated message saying they will respond in a day or two. I ordered a size large in a mystery box and got a medium with a large tag sewn on top.

This company is giving false information on their ads and sites. I tried to send them a bunch emails, I tried to message them on Instagram and Facebook but none of them get responded to. So if you guys are trying to order from them make sure to think twice, just an honest review here.

Hey. New guy here. I’ll try to remember to update this thread. I just ordered my box today September 12th. I will let everyone know my experience step by step (again, I’ll try to do this) and hopefully come back to you all with a great review to get this thread back to where it supposedly should be.

No I do not work for these people nor am I receiving kick back of any sort. First time ordering. I’ll update the stars each update to give my honest review for people who are unsure.

Hope to god these shirts don’t shrink…I’m a big guy. Maybe should have gone with 3x lol anyways…

Came home late from work and found package on door step! Everything is perfect condition. Solid experience. Got a little worried from all the bad reviews, but all in all it’s worth it. Great stuff! Looking forward to buying more in the future.

Forgot to mention. If you really want the pretty box, you’re probably out of luck. Didn’t did t get a pretty box. I got a white package, but tbh…who wants a damn box to fool with. F*** the box. The merch is lit.

Horrible.. didn't ship anything for over a month. Was told if my order was over 4 weeks late they'd send a free shirt. Was def sent after 4 weeks no free shirt.
Okay, fine.
Get mystery box, all shirts say pre shrunk yet every one shrunk in the laundry making this a big waste of money.
Quality didn't seem too bad, a little thin but really disappointed in this waste of money.

If I could rate this company ZERO stars, I would! Definately would not have ordered if I would have read the reviews first. All these people arent lying when they say they never got their packages and cannot get through to customer service. This company is a scam! I placed an order 2 months ago, and only received 1 item sent from within the US. Upon opening it, the shirt is cheap and thin.. the design was faded. I dont even think they would sell this garbage at the dollar store. I'm definately going to contact my bank directly for a refund.

I bought the mystery box from these guys. Clothes were all sloppy, low quality designs, none of which were actually shown on the website. Keychain arrived broken. Probably the only things that arrived as advertised were the stickers and the backpack

It has more than a month and it is still on shipping label created. It is taking forever and I have contacted them about 3 times and all of those times took like 4 or 5 days to answer me back. I haven't heard a word from my package since the 17th of August. I placed the order on the 1st of August.

I ordered a GTR bundle and expected it to be delivered in a box with the shirts. Instead, I get the shirts alone in separate cheap bags, and to add insult to injury, the material is of the poorest type I have ever seen in my life, as well as the colours used were very bad and faded as if the printer ran out of colour mid-print. Waste of $60 and I would never ever recommend buying from them or dealing with them. They also won't reply to my e-mails.

I placed an order on August 10th, 2021. However it has been in the same status since 8/17/21 which is "Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet." This is a birthday gift for my son, whose birthday is 9/8/21. My mother also bought a gift for him from your website within a day or so from when I placed my order. Neither of us have received a shipping notification email. But I keep getting emails from them about sales and coupon codes. I just want what I ordered, not spend more money with them! I have sent an email and received no response. I've posted on their Facebook page, and have gotten no response. I've tried to reach out to them via messenger, and no response. I also wanted to point out that their website states "Ships Out Within 1-2 Days As soon as you place your order we work quickly to ship your Mystery Box fast! Each order is shipped in a premium shipping bag made for this package deal." That seems to be false advertising, don't you think?

Support does not exist with this company. Tried to contact them for 9 days to correct a mistake on our order before it shipped. Used two different email addresses, facebook messenger, online contact form on their site and posted to their facebook page. They never responded. after nine days it shipped without us every getting ahold of them.

Order on the 29th of July. told me on website 12-18 days delivery and I checked the shipping status after 2 weeks and nothing still package wasn’t ready emailed and said sorry could take a little bit longer because it’s a mystery box they all custom made. today I checked hopping that it would be at least shipped or in my country nope still estimated another month this is absolutely joke.

This company sucks, total garbage! I’ve been trying to reach out to them forever, and still nothing back. They tell you your package has shipped even if it hasn’t. They tell you it will ship within 2 days and I have yet to see one review from anyone who’s gotten their package on time. Their customer support is probably (and this is not an exaggeration) THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Don’t buy from this company. Total trash. Save your money.

I made an order with Tuned In Tokyo 1 and a half Months ago and my order has yet to ship.

There customer service team has yet to respond to my emails asking for and update. Also when I tried to leave a review on there website I was unable to witch leads me to believe that all of the reviews on there are fake. This company does not do what they clam and so far looks to be a scam.

"1-3 days till the product ships" yeah right. It has now been over a month since I ordered and there is absolutely no movement from the company. I was provided a tracking number that initially indicated that the package shipped, but after waiting a month they inform me that the package isn't actually even ready to ship yet and that it is still in production. Expect to wait 10+ days for an unhelpful response from their "customer service" email. Trying to process my refund now.. wish me luck.

Having washed my grey “tuna no crust” t-shirt no more than 10 times, the print is close to completely worn off. I can’t wear this any more.

Seems like a scam. I placed an order a month ago now and my order has been stuck in “ready to ship”. I assume it got lost. I’ve tried reaching out to them multiple times through their customer support email and contact form on their website and I’m still awaiting a response. All I want is my money back at this point. Learning experience for me.

I placed my order on June 26th, the shipping label was created June 29th and it reached me Aug 2nd. I ordered 3 t-shirts and 1 hoodie. In my opinion it is worth the wait! The products look like the picture and the clothing is comfortable. I am rating it 3 stars because the hoodie I ordered was different from what I recieved. For me if I'm going to wait for that long I expect the order to be right and also because we paid for it. I would love to order again but I don't think I would because I don't really want to wait that long again and receive the wrong product again. The visual are beautiful though.

Ordered a mystery box a month ago and haven't received anything. I emailed them saying I would like a refund and they send a "Please be patient" email. Also, you should see their BBB listing. They literally have an F. Wish I knew that before I ordered.

I like there clothes but I ordered a hoodie that was a completely different color then shown online. Went to start a return and they won’t respond to any emails.. they will take your money, send you a cheap hoodie - false advertised color, then never be heard from again. Last time I buy from them
