These people are scammers. They will only give me the refund I'm due if I leave a positive review. Obviously, I'm not doing that, so I won't get the money they owe me. But I don't care; I refuse to play that game. This is why online reviews are worthless these days. Let's see if they actually allow this review to be published.

My experience was very satisfying. It was a mistake made by my grandson and they were very understanding and willing to refund the transaction amount. It's so reassuring that there are still companies that are honest and trustworthy. I'm grateful to them. Thank you.

They told me when I asked for a refund that their company doesn’t issue refunds that I would need to call the company that billed me. How the hell di I know who billed me? And they Fid it 3 times and I haven’t heard a word from them.
