I received the replacement turbo quickly after ordering, but the surcharge deposit took longer than the stated 7 days to be refunded, and communication could definitely be improved. At first, the issues on my car pointed towards the turbo being faulty – including a wheezing noise and signs of a possible air or vacuum leak around the turbo housing.

However, after further diagnostics and help from Adrian, another issue was identified and resolved (a blown EGR pipe gasket). Since that repair, the car is running much better. I will continue to monitor the turbo’s performance over time, but for now it appears to be working fine. I appreciate Adrian’s assistance in troubleshooting the problems once we managed to make contact.
