Meine Mutter, die 80 jährig ist, wurde aufgrund derb schlechter Beratung über den Tisch gezogen. Es geht um die Filiale in Ankara Bahcelievler. Sie kam aus dem Vertrag nicht mehr raus und musste über 12 Monate aus Deutschland die monatlichen Gebühren bezahlen, obwohl Sie lediglich eine zeitlich bedingten Vertrag wollte. Als Sie wieder in Ankara war, beschwerte Sie sich und bekam wieder lauter Lügen und Unaufrichtigkeit aufgetischt! Yuh sizlere!!!
Zu guter letzt hat sie den Fehler gemacht und ließ sich von dem selben Verkäufer nochmals einen Vertrag andrehen, den Sie gar nicht wollte. Ich ging gestern mit ihr dorthin und habe reinen Tisch gemacht. Eine Entschuldigung geschweige denn eine Entschädigung nicht mal ansatzweise erörtert! Yuhsizlere.
Beschwerde beider Hotline nutzlos, da alles irgendwo versickert.
Ich und meine gesamte Familie machen nun einen Riesen Bogen um diese Firma!

Very bad customer service both shops…
Very bad customer service both shops and call centre. I bought super box go and a new SIM card totaling €137 roughly. Then went home and had a problem so I called the customer service and they said they didn’t register the correct service to my SIM card and he transferred me to another department which asked some verification questions that didn’t make sense and suddenly her screen was broken and she repeated same excuses 10 times and told me to go to the shop where I bought it so they can register. Mind you the shop told me to call customer service if there’s any issues. It was 20 minute long she’s repeating the same thing. I’m bilingual and I couldn’t understand what she was asking I wonder how tourist gets any help. It’ll be my last time supporting Turkcell. My box is working it was a battery problem and I don’t know why he said that I have the wrong package and then she couldn’t simply check anything. If your system is down then say it in the beginning before putting us through hell with the vicious circle answers.

Worst experience ever, i bought sim card for 60 euros and it doesnt work at all. And service is absolutly horible.

I am in North Cyprus, and Originally contracted for 20GB, but after installation only 10 GB was achieved, I put up with it for 4 months then decided to lower the contract to the 10GB plan as I was paying for something I wasn't getting, when the plan was reset to 10 GB after a few days it slowed down to 5 GB, after numerous calls and being told to swap lan cable ports, and switch off and switch on the router, and running the ookla speed test it worked for a couple of days, but then went back down to 5GB again. They refused to send out an engineer to investigate the problem, They haven't fulfilled the terms of the contract so I will be terminating it.

If you are in a building, with slightly thick walls (non american), your call is bound to be interrupted.
On my way to work, on certain parts of the road, the music stops, as the signal is not strong enough. The road I mention is one of the intercity highways.

Beware of the Turkcell data plan you get!
As a travel from The Netherlands planning to visit Türkiye I researched which Turkish SIM card to buy upon arrival. I concluded the best option would be Turkcell, based on what I read online.
Upon arrival in Antalya International Airport, I bought a Turkcell SIM card with a 60 Gbyte data plan at the local booth just after customs. The person told me that the data plan would be active after 30 minutes.
Of course, I had left the airport by then, only to find out that he enabled the 20 Gbyte data plan for me.
No way I could reach back out to the guy. And sending an e-mail to Turkcell when back in The Netherlands, only got me a note back that I have to call a Turkish number (which will cost me an arm and a leg).
So, beware of the Turkcell data plan you get, when buying their SIM card upon arrival from abroad. I do feel scammed and will never do this again.

I have been experiencing internet issues for over a year and have reported it to Turkcell intermittently. Despite that, my internet problem continues without interruption. I have repeatedly called customer service to request a solution, but even after years have passed, the issue still persists.
