The Worst Experience Ever
They delivered a very ugly flower arrangement to my mom on mother's day, totally different from the one I ordered, they didn't let me choose the replacement and didn't even offer a partial refund as the one they sent was clearly much cheaper than the one I ordered.. They ruined my surprise to her.. Terrible experience!

When we found that the product you ordered was out of stock, we contacted you via WhatsApp before delivery to inform you and request your approval. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response before the delivery was completed.
In order to ensure your order was delivered on time, we arranged and delivered an orchid plant of higher value as a replacement for the unavailable product.
We received your response approximately three hours after the delivery had already been completed. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes or arrange a replacement once an order has been delivered.

It started off quite bad, as the received flowers were fake and not at all comparable to what their pictures showed. After contacting their whatsapp, they quickly rectified their mistake and sent us the beautiful bouquet. Would’ve given 5 stars if everything went smoothly the first time.

The worst flower shop ever
The worst flower shop ever. Brought to my mother unfresh flowers and delivered it late. Better go to instagram and find there flowerists with better price and quality. Turkeyflowershop web looks like relict from 2000x, represents the quality very well

Tulips are delicate flowers and can change their appearance quite quickly if they remain without water for a period of time after delivery. This can sometimes affect how they look later on.
