In stock or not?
I made an order on the Turkishstore.com.au website for a set of tea glasses and teaspoons to be delivered to a Melbourne CBD location.
The experience on the website was straightforward and payment processed without any issues. An invoice was sent via email to me as confirmation.
However, that was the farthest I got in terms of the processing of the order.
No tracking number was provided, and no correspondence was made regarding the shipment of the items.
After more than a week of silence, I attempt to contact the company via the online contact form on their website; only to never receive a response.
I proceeded to send a WhatsApp message as per the number on the website and received a response only after CALLING said number.
The owner answered the call and I must admit, was very pleasant and followed up the matter for me with his team and eventually resolved the issue with an immediate refund as the product was out-of-stock....
Ironically, despite the product being out of stock, the website still allowed the payment to proceed and be deducted from my account.
The owner stated that the lack of response was a mere oversight however, it begs the question, was not updating the website one also?
What would have happened had I not have decided to phone the company?
In any case, the matter was resolved in an efficient manner, yet I will not be ordering from Turkish store again.

Great items,prices were reasonable
Great items,prices were reasonable. Only issue I had was the deliver took longer than advised on website.
I purchased items on the 10th of February did not receive items until the 21st February.
Otherwise happy with the items I purchased and will definitely buy from you again.
