Turnbull & Asser Opiniões 

Having been a customer of T&A for many years I am very unhappy with the response from customer service regarding a faulty garment, sometimes it’s about how you deal with your failures that sets you apart , sadly T&A are certainly one that falls short. Purchase knowing that arrogance seems to be their mantra when dealing with their failures.Really no longer deserving of their Royal warrant .

This is a very traditional brand offering top quality products and you can rest assured that their after sales service is absolutely pristine. Keep it up T&A team!

Great quality, style and customer service

I loved the speed of delivery in particular. Impressive turnaround time from order to taking delivery in Melbourne . As an aside the shirts themselves are so good I am an immediate and loyal repeat customer from Herron.

I requested a set of handkerchiefs from the Turnbull & Asser website after a Google search for a gift for my husband for our second anniversary of marriage (the gift symbol of which is cotton).
Not only was I delighted with the quality of the product, but also the speed and efficiency with which Turnbull & Asser customer service despatched the item to me in France. My husband loved the gift.
I would certainly use Turnbull & Asser for further purchases in the future, and visit their shop with my husband when we are next in the UK.

The product was faultless, but the delivery company DPD was impossible to deal with. The recipient of the gift lives in a flat on the ground floor, and DPD sent a message that they would leave the package on the door step if there was no reply unless I instructed otherwise. I wanted to instruct them to try the first floor flat, but there was no option offering that, just an option to leave with neighbours at house numbers which were not adjacent to the destination! I certainly did not want the package left on the door step! At Christmas their wreath was stolen from the front door. It's Peckham!

Delivered wrong goods. Lousy service in rectifying the order. More concerned with the incorrect pocket squares sent by mistake rather than the shirt I had ordered. Afraid it’s the last shirt I’ll buy from T&A and that was my third in the last 12 months.

The quality of the items, the speed of delivery and the ease of use for the website provided an excellent experience

Found the special edition pocket square I sought to purchase. It was not easy to find on the website. It also would not allow shipping to the US, so I shipped it to my niece who lives in London & she curried it over on holiday.

Regular fit formal shirt was incredibly tight, I had to send it back. I am not overweight.

Speedy delivery to Australia. I ordered a tie to wear to my son's wedding on a Wednesday and it arrived to my home in Melbourne Australia 4 days later on the Sunday. The silk jacquard tie is beautifully crafted and i can't wait to wear it
