The Turquoise Holiday Company Opiniões

Fantastic service from Katie @ turquoise. Our Thailand Koh Samui holiday was perfect from start to finish. Katie dealt promptly with my many questions during the organisation/booking process and the Turquoise app then made access to all the holiday documents so easy when we were travelling. Banyan Tree Samui was the perfect hotel for us. Thank you.

Great holiday. Turquoise were brilliant. Lottie super

Every step of the way Turquoise staff have been brilliant! Even applying for our Cambodian visas for us when we we’re having difficulties with the website ourselves!
Sophie’s advice & itinerary amazing!
The App & messaging service a great idea & asset to have!

we have travelled to asia with you before and the experience of travel to mauritius was just as good
the service and knowledge of our destination by your staff was perfect and the concierge service always available

Hotel was disappointinng. Breakfast was fine, but all other meals were mediocre, not aided by incessant noisy music. Also extremely expensive.

The most amazing hotel recommendations. Really friendly staff who care about making your holiday perfect. Never any pressure but competitive with prices. The only place I’ll go for a luxury holiday now

Martha is just the best!
Unparalleled service and dedication to making it happen for us despite date changes etc. She never gave up! Wish she could manage all the countries

Thanks to Georgia-May Clark for helping me with the booking. As she knows us very well, she was able to research and identify the hotel and surrounding areas based on our likes. This trip coincided with my husband's 60th birthday. The whole holiday was fabulous and we would definitely repeat the experience again, booking with Turquoise of course! Also, a big shout out to Bella who answered any questions that we had.

Your staff were very welcoming, listened very carefully to our (slightly different!) holiday ideas, and with only 3 or four days notice arranged a truly fabulous trip to Bequia (St Vincents and Grenadines) to stay at the amazing Bequia Beach Hotel.
Katie and Bethany both worked really hard to get all the administration in place in short order, and the trip was absolutely flawless. We loved the laid-back vibe and gorgeous surroundings, it provided a much need rest and reset, while also being a well-recommended place to be able to 'work-from-beach'. Absolutely Spot On. We cannot thank you enough girls! XX

I must say, their service was nothing short of exceptional! From the get-go, Katie and the team were incredibly helpful in finding the best flight options for our trip to the Seychelles and providing fantastic hotel recommendations. Katie was very accommodating, offering a wide range of options and showing great flexibility when my requirements changed.
What stood out the most was their firsthand knowledge of the destination I wanted to visit. They were able to recommend the best options based on the duration of my stay, and the resort they suggested turned out to be exactly what was promised. The booking process was made incredibly easy, and I particularly appreciated the convenience of the app where all the necessary documents were uploaded.
Having booked with Turquoise Holiday before, I can confidently say that we will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Fantastic service from beginning to end. Georgia at Turquoise knowledge and help was invaluable, the resort was amazing and we had one of the best family holidays ever. Thank you so much!!

The representative was very helpful with suggestions to the itinerary and easily amending the locations, excursions I didn’t fancy. We didn’t go through them in the end for Sri Lanka but used their services for the Maldives.

Bespoke service from start to finish, have yet to be disappointed with any of your recommendations.

We needed a break but didn't know where... We spoke with Milly from Turquoise who understood our needs in an almost telepathic way. We were soon booked on the trip of a lifetime to the island of Bequia, part of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. With nothing too much trouble for either Milly or Turquoise we felt we had our own personal concierge. The island is beyond beautiful, the trip was amazing and we have found our travel agents for life. Thank you.

All very well organised to suit our needs and hotels of our choice were part of our itinerary.
Thanks Bethany. We’ve had two wonderful holidays booked through your company.
All the best

Turquoise planned and coordinated a 90 day trip to Australia and New Zealand for us which exceeded our expectations in every respect. They even had the flexibility to change the itinerary up at short notice to add a one week trip from Sydney to the Red centre of Alice Springs, Kings Canyon and Ayers Rock. An unforgettable trip. Thanks Jonty and Turquoise

Bequia is a gem of an island; so quiet and relaxing. We stayed in Admiralty bay for the first part of the holiday on a b&b basis so we could explore the restaurants but then moved on to Bequia beach resort which was outstanding. Definitely a plan!

Working with Milly at The Turquoise Holiday Company was AMAZING! I mean talk about above and beyond! Securing us a week when we had missed the promotional deadline (my fault due to lack of organization) she made it happen! Then arranging everything for us so I had nothing to think about! Our trip to Six Senses in the Maldives was the best holiday we have ever had and because of the seamless organisation of Milly it made it so enjoyable in the lead up as everything was done for us! Even reminders and the app facility is superb!

Third time we have used Turquoise and just returned from another great trip. Recommend them and working with Milly was great.

Our holiday was very attractively presented and organised and the hotels came up to expectations. It was an exciting experience and adventure!
