I had a very disappointing experience with Tusk Health. The product I purchased, Tonka Ali, turned out to be completely ineffective, and I strongly suspect it’s not genuine. Their customer service was unhelpful, and I feel that the entire experience was a scam. I would not recommend buying from Tusk Health, as it seems like a fake company selling low-quality products.

For anyone considering purchasing Tonka Ali or similar supplements, I highly recommend looking into British Health Supplements instead. Their products are genuine, and their customer service is far more reliable. Save yourself the trouble and choose a brand you can trust.

After placing an order online I realised I made an error with one of the items and attempted to contact their support team straightaway to get the item removed from my order. Disappointingly, after several attempts at emailing them, they only responded after the order was shipped a couple of days later. Moreover, the primary 'Customer.service' email on their website returned a delivery failure and only 'info' email appears to work.

I then replied to their email asking to arrange a return for the order, which again took them several days to respond to. As I live fairly near to their warehouse I offered to return the item in person, but they declined this offer and asked me to post the item instead costing me more money. After receiving confirmation that they had received the item, I emailed them again asking when I would receive my partial refund but, again, it took several emails for them to respond, with a threat of recovering my money via my credit card seemingly spurring them into action. When I finally received my refund it was £8 short as they charged for me the items I kept as 4 x 60 capsule bottles when I actually received 2 x 120 capsule bottles, which are listed as £8 cheaper on their website.

Overall, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and has put me off ordering from this company again. It has yet to be seen if the products I kept are actually good quality or not.
