I like the opportunities it provide but the clients have lack of policy and terms understanding. They just test the tutors with no intention of taking tuition seriously.

I have seen drastic change in the pattern however I still wish they didn't take upto 20% from every bill maybe reduce it to 10% or something.

My professor didn't take any classes and told me that my course is totally different to his understanding. I payed the full amount but he didn't really helped me. He didn't continue with the classes and told me that I will get a refund back but still I haven't get it back. Can you please have a look at this?
