I love this jewellery as it suits my warm Autumn skin tone. Silver is too cool for me, and most gold colour is too yellow and bright. The website is easy to use and makes the jewellery look attractive, and tempting! I like that there are plenty of photos of each piece to give a good idea of size. The delivery took just a few days, easy. I also buy it in John Lewis where they have older pieces no longer on the website. The ring sizing is limited to just three sizes and a fourth between the smallest and medium would be useful. For me it’s well priced although I do try and buy it at sale price too. A great brand, and I enjoy wearing it every day.

I love my earrings from Tutti, I bought them through the John Lewis website. I have only just received them, but they look quality and very delicate and pretty.

Someone gave me the trainer sox for Christmas and I loved them so much I bought another two pairs. The only down side was you only have one design. However I don't mind having 3 pairs of identical sox that don't slip off when I exercise

I have purchased items from a local boutique-type shop (that has since withdrawn the range) and have been very happy with them. However, my experience this week with Jenny from Customer Service has been disappointing and I won't be purchasing from Tutti again. I purchased a shockingly poor quality chain last week - it was simply so very very flimsy that it could not be used for its intended purpose as a charm necklace. It was returned unused and I would have expected as a goodwill gesture with some assistance with postage costs as they do not provide a pre-paid label and also charge for delivery. A total of £8 wasted on an item worth no more than £1.50 with free postage from China on Ebay. The response of customer service was even more disappointing than the chain itself. I won't be purchasing from them again online.
