I just sent an email in more detail of my experience. I have contacted UPS, the number given in my email, and the number on your website. No one knows where my item is. And that's if I get a hold of a real person. Your AI keeps flagging me for spam, even when I've tried three other phones to call. When looking for a refund, I get hit with a restocking charge. With the information that I am given, I assume it's still on the shelf. NEED ANSWERS ASAP!

I am thoroughly pleased with my purchase. The delivery of the dress was timely. The dress itself is absolutely gorgeous!

I was kept updated on my package. The shoes are just like what I thought they would look like. Exactly like what I saw on line. They comminacated with me cause by the time I ordered they were out of my size. They asked me did I want a refund or they asked me did I want to try the next size. It worked out great. I recommend them on product and very good customer service 👍🏾. I ordered a 13W but 12W fits perfectly.

Received the tux studs and the plastic insert fell out of 2 I had to glue them back in. The tie and bow tie we crumpled and needed pressing

Product shipped fast and the product was quality. I was looking for a specific color tie that I could not find anywhere. I purchased 2 that were as close as I could find to the color needed hoping at least one would be right. Days after purchase, the ties arrived and one matched color exactly to what was needed. But I had no use for the other one and wanted to return it for a refund. The return process was super simple and refund was issued. The company gave me no hassle. If I ever need another off the wall tie color, I will definitely be purchasing more from this company.
