They’re scammers that the police are investigating!


They are being investigated by the Spanish police. They are scammers, fraudsters. They closed my account two months early without any explanation or refund of which is fraud, prior to that it kept crashing.

They blocked my response so all emails get bounced back?

They turned on my auto renewal and blocked my access in turning it back off! It went from €43 to €99 with the same glitchy service. When I started it was €48.00 EUR for Expat TV, then it went up to €71.88, €89.99 now you want €99.99 not happening. It’s gone up from €48.00 since the pandemic! They’ve since been malicious with my account with two months remaining. They’ve expired my account two months early without any explanation or refund. There’s also an investigation with Spanish police. SCAM

This service has more than double in price since I joined and I’m not paying it!

I’ve was asking since April to stop my auto renewal but it still is ON and I don’t have access!? It was OFF and I received a cancellation letter when I did, but since your update it has been reactivated. Yet to receive assistance with this because it has been ignored so I’ll be contacting my credit card company so I’m not billed.

With now TeeVeeing taking over after TVMUCHO/PZAZ price has gone up and service down. It’s just way too expensive now for the buffing slow service you get now for expat tv so I’ll go elsewhere! I looked at the 25% off but that doesn’t even work, and takes a long time for reply’s so I gave up. No accessibility to your account works, No access allowed!

Like I say prices went up since I started in 2019, it was €48.00 EUR for Expat TV, then it went up to €71.88, €89.99 now they want €99.99. It’s laughable and not happening. It’s gone up from €48.00 since the pandemic!

I will be contacting my credit card company if this goes ignored any longer, since this has been ignored since April, cancel my auto renewal I’m not paying €99.99 for this glitchy service. The Spanish police are interested in my experience so I won’t be holding back since the way things went down with Rich (twit in charge).

Seems TV Mucho has been suspended?

Have used TVMucho for over a year after the previous viewing platform vanished overnight (can't remember the name). Have been pleased with the service and all the UK channels I could watch or record. Now today, 3rd May, can no longer access TV Mucho and get the following notice "CDN resource Suspended" no idea what it means! Have paid an annual subscription and guess that's gone too 🙁

Depuis hier 17 heures

Depuis hier 17 heures, j'ai demandé à plusieurs reprises le rétablissement de la fonction "Enregistrement" sur plusieurs chaînes françaises (ce n'est pas la première fois que le problème se produit), comme souvent j'ai d'abord reçu une réponse irréfléchie et dilatoire, et malgré mon insistance toujours rien aujourd'hui 6 avril à 7h48...

Why doesn’t this company contact its customers?
It could be such a good service if only they get it right,
All the negativity is how it is, we have had all these problems but pray they will get it right soon.
I can’t believe that anyone has no problems.

I agree with all the negative comments

I agree with all the negative comments. All recorded programmes were buffering making it not possible to watch them. I sent in an email complaint about not being able to renew my subscription and was told that there was issues as TVeeing took over payments. Still not able to subscribe and finally my subscription has ended, I won't be renewing now!

Not worth the cost, crappy service with no results yet!

I’ve been without service now since TVMUCHO became TEEVEEING, what a downgrade and increase in fee. Constant buffering and then kicked out, ten days (so far) since I sent in a email. They did reply, but now I have to wait until they get back to me again for a response, because they closed the ticket to assist, now at the back again. My experience with TVMucho is the price keep going up and up and up and now this crappy app.

Another one gone to rubbish

TV Mucho has bit the dust. Constant buffering after rebranding/merging.

So thats TVMucho, Expat Prime, Transponder, Filmon, all gone to rubbish. Thankfully the British TV Club remains albeit they don't have an app!

It’s become useless and the lagging is…

It’s become useless and the lagging is too regular. It was a great service and I renewed before they changed to teeveeing (thieving) so I will not renew unless they solve their buffering issues and improve service . Fire the person who is running the show now!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Since TVing replaced TVmucho the service has been sporadic, some days if I'm lucky I have service- more often I don't. I am able to log on (with difficulty) but it appears as if the video isn't even loading- all I get is a large spinning wheel. Recordings are piling up that will only result in automatically being deleted by the site due to the inability to watch. What a colossal disappointment and failure-- SHAME ON YOU, don't you know, if you plan a "take-over", you "Take Over"!!!!. Total Fail !!!!!!

Bombed - paid the annual PZAZ subscription, finally recognised by TV Mucho, now taken over by Teeveeing who decide to freeze my viewing and demand an upgrade. Nil points - where is my refund please ?

I was very pleased with TVMucho but…

I was very pleased with TVMucho but knowing it was going to change to Teeveeing, I today got a message to renew membership, only being allowed 5 mins viewing time. I tried to sign on for the 89,00€ annual package but when my credit card went through to my bank app the amount had changed to 108,99 and my bank refused it. What's going on? Nobody seems pleased with the new service, me included.

TV much is an outstanding service

TV much is an outstanding service, no hassle setting it up, loads of channels to choose from, no buffering and you can even record programmes to watch later, perfect for holiday if you want to watch your favourite programmes on a night after you've been out. Such great value for money even though its gone up a couple of pounds, £9.99 for a month to me is worth every penny.

Card blocked by bank, fraudulent activity

I've been a customer with tv mucho for a few years and has been great. When it changed to Teeveeing it run good for a while but then with in the last few days had the worst buffing ever and when their new payments gateway Braintreecharge.com tried to take my monthly subscription, My Bank blocked my credit card payment under suspicious fraud activity. After talking to the bank to unblock my card, and them trying to unblock card, they found that the bank software would not allow it. This also stop me using the card anywhere else. Braintree kept trying to remove subscription funds so again blocking my card and so on. I had to now get a new credit card sent to me. I checked Braintreecharge.com on the website and now know why my bank was suspicious. Teeveeing needs to get back with PAYPAL. Please be careful using your cards with Teeveeing and Braintreecharge.com. YOU BEEN WARNED.

Avoid TV Mucho and TeeVeeing at all costs, you will lose your money and get no tv!

Since merger with TeeVeeing TV Mucho no longer works permanent buffering so can’t view any tv amongst a Miriam of problems. Both their websites no longer work and their e-mails do not respond. BE WARNED. Got all the signs now of a scam where they keep your money and do not provide any working tv. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO EITHER TV MUCHO OR TEEVEEING AS YOU WILL SIMPLY LOSE YOUR MONEY, GET NO TV AND NO REFUND OR COMPENSATION! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
