I’ve been waiting over a week…
I’ve been waiting over a week for birth control approval. When I signed up orginally I was told one day to approvals so as you can imagine this is very inconvenient now waiting so long to start my birth control and is putting me at risk for pregnancy…. YIKES. I reached out to customer service where Mel was more than accommodating and said she prioritized my request to the top of the queue. Knowing their isn’t much more she could do I was very satisfied with the customer service end of the company however still waiting on birth control. I will update my review accordingly when I actually receive some sort of confirmation and birth control

Amazing service
The team at Twentyeight health is just amazing. A had a question and Robbie answered right away. My issue was solved in just a few minutes. Best customer service so far. The providers are professional and listen to what you have to say. Got my prescription in just a few minutes, ni need to go to a actual doctor appointment. Definitely recommend!

If I could rate this zero stars I would. Customer service is a joke. It’s been over three weeks of excuses and no script. The customer service is a bot. Their system crashes when you try to enter info. It’s garbage and probably a scam. Run.
*Edit* I also have found no apparent way to remove my information from their site. They say again they are looking into it, but that’s going nowhere.

The team that twenty eight health has is absolutely amazing! They always respond to any questions I have right away or if I want anything changed around, and they make it super easy too. I always get my deliveries on time if not earlier. Everyone is always super nice and caring too.

Very responsive. My daughter was going to run out of pills before her next order arrived in the mail because she gets pill packs of 21 instead of 28, so she can skip her menstrual cycle. Somewhere along the line, the delivery date was miscalculated. I reached out via the online chat, and they responded within 2 minutes and then within 10 min they had called the Rx into our pharmacy. I appreciate the super fast response time, as my daughter had not been paying attention herself to give me notice. She only had 2 pills left. We needed them asap, and we got them asap. Thanks for helping in the time of a near crisis.

the best online contraceptive provider!
twenty-eight health has always been there for me! i looked for a new online birth control provider after the pill club got canceled, and coincidentally 28 health had done a client switch with them. i always experience prompt service and empathetic care. my dr is dr.korin and i usually get help from May Ann and Mel. they’re so nice and helpful. recently, my insurance changed and i wasn’t able to get my prescription delivered anymore, but it was sent to capsule pharmacy super quickly and i got my medication super fast. i recommend 28 health to anybody looking for contraception. they offer a variety of products, and it’s not like anything i’ve seen with an online clinic. 5 stars across the board!! i wish i could give 10 haha.

Do not recommend!
The birth control pill site has been unreliable for several reasons. First, I haven't consistently received my pills on time, which defeats the purpose of birth control. Additionally, their customer service is unresponsive; they often don't answer inquiries even during their stated chat hours.
Furthermore, the subscription price changed from free to $2.99 without any prior notification, which is unprofessional. To make matters worse, they attempted to charge me $12.99 for a subscription I never requested.
These issues—delayed shipments, poor communication, and unauthorized charges—make the service untrustworthy and unsuitable for managing such an important aspect of health.
I take birth control pills not as a contraceptive, but to manage severe period pain by stopping my period altogether and to be in extreme pain due to a missed pill because they seem to not send it on time is really messed up😓😡
