Delivery is not great.
Rhubarb Complex is and does what it promises.

Very disappointed ☹️ Had my subscription cancelled because of 30% price hike.
I’ve been using Rhubarb complex for years but due to the price increase I’m not prepared to pay these ridiculous prices, I’m shopping elsewhere.

And they're back! So pleased but wish they had let us know personally after being a customer for years! And of course Rhubarb complex has gone up considerably 😌 but as it's so good I will continue ordering while I can afford it! Just glad your back 🥰

Well what has happened to 21st Century Herbs. All items removed from stock. Have they gone bust, is there a problem with their supplements? Went to order my usual capsules last week and a notice said all products are removed from sale. Wondering if the company has gone bust. Hope not they are my life saver.

What happened to Twenty First Century Herbs?

I went online to get my monthly supplies and was greeted with this message:

Great company , great supplements . Have tried many from here , always good quality , always fast shipping.
Latest purchase was nmn with Resveretol which was very good . Hoping it goes on offer again soon so I can buy more .
I also use slenderize every morning with my cereal and it keeps me feeling fuller all day , I’ve lost nearly a stone in weight and as a perimenopausal woman , it’s been a godsend !
Everything I’ve tried from them have been very good products .

Very unhappy with this company - have used their products for over 2 years. They had an offer on all their products " buy 2 get one free" . I noticed what I wanted in the largest pack was out of stock . I contacted them and asked if they could just send more of the smaller packs for the same price as the 3 larger packs .

They said no .

So I didn't buy as I have a few months worth left .

Low and behold , the sale finishes and I've checked their website and the large pack is available again .

I'm assuming that they didn't want this item as part of their 3 for 2 offer .

I'll be going else where for my herbs from now on . You have lost a customer

I have fundamental doubts about Twenty First Century Herbs. I purchased four packs of their Lungwort Complex at around £20 a pack and discovered with considerable chagrin that the ingredients are little better than 'factory sweepings' grade. Breaking the capsules open I also realised that the herbs were not even milled properly so that one is often swallowing large woody segments which cannot possibly be helpful in any way. Their website is really slick and full of beneficent platitudes but their 'video reviews' are cherry-picked to exclude negative feedback. My sense is that one can do much better elsewhere. Avoid Avoid.

I would wholeheartedly advise clients from using this company. I ordered a few items a couple of years ago. They then reordered an item last year, without our knowledge nor advisement or intention via email. I emailed and telephoned them to return the unwanted items AND cancel any further or future products. 2024 unbelievably another order!!! Yes we should have cancelled it with the bank, but you tend to trust someone who verbally says they will do something. Pity, because the product is okay. Avoid is my advice.

My first order went well it was small as I wanted to see if it was going to deliver.. and it did.
Second order was over £100 which I was given a 10% discount code via email from the company for which never worked. Contacted the company multiple times for assistance with no reply. I placed the order which said £100+ get a free gift, great! No idea what it is. Two weeks later still no delivery the Royal Mail code says “ The sender has advised they have despatched your item to Royal Mail.
We’re expecting it”
Multiple chasers to the company with no reply. I’ll now have to file a claim with my credit card company and figure out how to cancel the subscription!

Order from them at your own risk.

Appalling company avoid at all costs, it’s an enforced subscription service that has a website that has no way of letting you then cancel your subscription and it forces a minimum of 3 orders which is illegal and challenging when trying to get money back

WARNING! SCAM COMPANY WHO GET YOU TO SIGN UP TO A SUBSCRIPTION BUT WONT LET YOU CANCEL UNTIL YOU HAVE MADE 3 PURCHASES!!!

This information is well hidden in their site and I wouldn’t have signed up had I known. They are refusing to let me cancel!!!!

Really disappointed. Pouch wasn't sealed at all so all the capsules were loose in the outer package , 1 was even stuck to the sticky seal which means the pouch was unsealed as it was packed. Really sloppy packing. I've put a photo of this on a Google review as proof. Wouldn't use again due to this negative first experience. I buy 100s of supplements/ vitamins a year & this has never happened before. Whoever packed is totally incompetent .

From ordering the sample pack and going on to order a full supply of Rhubarb Complex ,I can honestly say the customer service and delivery time is 5 star.
The product itself is amazing at last I have found something so gentle yet effective I can take daily to help with IBS,constipation and bloating. Thankyou
