LEGAL ACTION…
We have now moved forward and been advised that we will be taking LEGAL ACTION against Twinn ie RICKY who’s been dealing with our Enquiry and for claiming that the Rings Wearables we sent back are from another Wearable Provider we have all evidence from receiving the Rings Wearables which we took pictures of and just before we returned them, now RICKY is claiming these are not their Wearables meaning they don’t want to take responsibility for their PRODUCT. This will be put all over Social Media and all Media Outlets letting people know about RICKY and his decisions. WATCH THIS SPACE

Have used Twinn before and the customer service was great HOWEVER they now seem to have been taken over and there’s absolutely no customer service at all.
I ordered a replacement ring last week. It still hasn’t been dispatched despite the website claiming they dispatch within 2-4 days.
They don’t respond to emails and have no phone number so basically you’re on your own.
They are also now listed as a dormant company on companies house, have only £10 in their bank accounts and the new " CEO " ( No we’re not talking Jeff Bezos or Elon Musk 😉 ) used to be a director of the now defunct McLear.

Amazing rings and great service
Amazing rings that still get people saying "how did you do that?" when you pay contactless in bars, restaurants and shops! Great after-service too from Ricky in the support team - super quick responses and a "can do" attitude. A definite 5***** rating from me!
Amazing, I can’t imagine my life without my…
I can’t imagine my life without my twinn ring honestly!!! It’s so convenient especially when you don’t feel like bringing a bag with you somewhere as there’s no need to carry anything because your wallet is on your hand !!! I always get comments from others when using it and people are always amazed by it !!! It’s also great if you’re living in a capital city like London where there’s high levels of theft, there’s no need to take your wallet out or use Apple Pay to make a payment which reduces the chances of someone snatching it away whilst paying !!
So convenient with a busy lifestyle
Twinn has been great for me, as someone with a busy schedule. It’s so convenient and I never have to get my card or phone out when travelling around the London Underground.
The company have great communication and are very helpful with any questions at all.
Such a great product which I’m always getting compliments on and something which I’ve recommended to friends and family.
I’ve had this product for 6 months and my parents have had it for the last month months and are loving it!
Absolutely love them
Husband and I have had these rings for about a year and a half now. We absolutely love them. Sometimes the ring doesn't work but we just put our bank card in and use the pin number and this means the ring works next time. Just like when you use contactless card sometimes it will ask for your pin. We have recently moved to a different county and it certainly been a talking point. People ask what it is, how it works etc and I'm happy to oblige and recommend twinn. Recently had a blip n reached out to Ricky via email and he was extremely helpful. Turns out my curve card had expired so my fault. I'm 60 and not great with technical stuff but was able to sort out what was needed as the twinn app helps you through. Cannot praise them enough and have thoroughly enjoyed wearing them. My white ceramic one has turned into a grey and white ring, husbands black one is still the same. Happy to recommend to all
Unresponsive and incompetent
Unresponsive and incompetent. The only way to get support is via an email address that doesn't resolve. I can only surmise they have gone out of business. It's a neat idea and worked well for a bit but without customer support they have no chance.
What a headache
It's been almost a month since I placed my order, and it's been such a headache. They took a whole week to ship the ring, and then they sent me the wrong one. I've tried reaching out to them through email, customer support, and social media to figure out how to get the right ring. They sent me a return label, so I sent the wrong one back, hoping for the best. But today, I checked the tracking, and it says, "Recipient not at address. Returned to sender."
UPDATE: A week later and still no progress. I've tried to reach the customer service though email and sadly still no answer. I'm now considering contacting my bank to get a refund as they are so unresponsive.
World Class Product and People
The product and the people are first class. Twinn kindly replaced my ring after several weeks of use because I had lost weight, and it was in danger of slipping off my finger. Ricky then spent time online explaining how I should set the replacement up. Everything about this company is superb. I purchased the ring after buying petrol without realising my Samsung Watch Ultra had run out of battery. The site operator actually called the police!!! I vowed to never again face such a dilemma. I use my ring for literally paying for everything. It is safe, secure and reliable. No more embarrassing exchanges with police officers.

After several emails my order was sent to the wrong address customer services have now just stopped acknowledging my emails.
I have since sent numerous emails and requested a call from a senior member of staff to no avail...
Brand new ring received so initial…
This is my third payment ring previous rings were Ringpay. This ring is quite narrow width wise & over half as narrow as a ringpay ring this is not ideal for a man & more suited to a woman but the options for these ring companies is still quite limited personally I would like a thicker ring. The ring is exactly the same material as my previous ringpay ring a very hard almost gem like hardness - ceramic, there wasn't a half size option so I'm stuck with a ring that's a little tight on my finger or I could have purchased one too big. The app & setup of the curve card linking is very easy. Customer service are very slow to reply to messages & I asked three times for a tracking number of my ring after I received an email confirming it had been dispatched (it wasn't for 2 days after that) eventually I got a response. The ring works flawlessly but make sure you use your curve card first using chip & pin to activate your cards contactless feature or the ring probably won't work. I think Twinn could be a little more informative with setup information I think if I hadn't used one before I would struggle with setup but that's just my opinion
*making payments is a little laggy compared to my previous ringpay ring I can only assume it's because it's accessing your card information via a third party (curve) which adds a few seconds onto the process but it seems to work very well I've made several payments with the ring now & all have gone through
Perfect piece of kit
I’m delighted with my new purchase of my wearable ring. I’m a technophobe and didn’t understand the set up instructions so I emailed Twinn and asked for assistance. Within a very short period of time I received an email back from Ricky giving me an idiots guide on how to set up my wearable. Within minutes I’d followed the instructions gone to Tescos to test out my new purchase and I bought two items successfully! I paid for one item through the cashier to test out the ring on a card reader and then I bought another item and paid through self service and for both purchases, the ring worked like a dream! I’m waiting for Twinn to relaunch their bracelets so I can buy one for my mum for Christmas. Thanks Twinn and thanks Ricky.
Really simple-to-use tech really well done
Really simple-to-use tech really well done. The setup was straightforward so didn’t need to reach out to customer support.
Do read the instructions about how to use it - you don’t use an open palm but something akin to a fist bump. Follow the instructions and you’re good to go, don’t and look like I did the first few times I used it without taking notice of the very clear instructions.
Annoying 'feature'
Works well, but has a very annoying 'feature' that when you hold your phone in your ring hand, the nfc keeps taking you to random web site! Would like to be able to link direct to a card, or a different app than Curve, as the Curve customer service is atrocious.
Teething issues now resolved
Great product Unfortunately their account email registration server wasn't working and they have no real-time support avenues leaving me with a 4 day delay before I could start to use the product. Once they made contact I found them to be very good and the ring works really well.
