had dental treatment carried out by Dr Avik Dandapat which unfortunately did not go as expected.

After experiencing ongoing problems, I sought independent opinions from two separate dental practices. Both carried out examinations and X-rays and independently concluded that the work was not fit for purpose and required removal and complete re-treatment.

I was advised by both practices that there had been clinical failings in the original treatment. I have since completed extensive remedial treatment at another practice, which has involved significant additional time, disruption, and cost.

I am disappointed with the outcome and the impact this has had on my dental health and finances.

I would recommend this dental practice to anyone , my little boy was an emergency as he had excruciating pain from a filling done elsewhere and was causing nerve pain
From the moment I called we was both looked after by a lovely receptionist I think called Sarah , she immediately was friendly and kind my sons situation and made an appointment for him to be seen. My son was very nervous but she was exceptionally kind from the second we walked in . He was seen by Raj who was very professional and looked after him , very thorough into his examination and gave us his treatment advice . Even the dental nurse was professional and kind and my son was relaxed and trusted them both from the outset .
The follow up was amazing and we were both looked after from start to finish

This is one of the best experiences I have had with any dentist , excellent customer service and professional trained dentists,

I hate the Dentist

After several years of neglect
today I had my second session with Hygienist Zishaan

He was Excellent - very careful in minimising discomfort - very clear in his Education to prevent such remedial action again

I had another visit today and was expertly attended to by Arvind and Emma. I have had different dentists during my 77 years and Arvind stands out as the best that I have had. His friendly manner and 100% attention to detail are excellent and inspire great confidence. As with many of my generation I don’t especially enjoy a visit to the dentist but Arvind and Emma make it as enjoyable an experience as possible. I am a very satisfied patient.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Highly qualified and experienced dentists with a warm welcome to the chair for anxious patients. Would not hesitate to recommend Avik and his team.
