Price, delivery and customer service

I purchased two runflat tyres from this company on 23rd Feb 2026 at a cost of £176, the garage I selected to fit my tyres on their website, quoted £10 per tyre to fit and the anticipated delivery date was before 26th Feb.  They have still not arrived. I attended the garage in Widnes, Cheshire and was told to just keep ringing the garage everyday for the next week or so, as they had no idea when the tyres would be arriving. Also they stated it was £20 each to fit not £10.
I cannot wait as I have to transport my two children to school and collect them, so not using my vehicle is not a luxury I can live without. I immediately contacted the company to raise my concern and cancel the order. Later the same day, I was told it was now too late to cancel as the tyres have been dispatched. The advice I was given was to refuse delivery and then I'd receive a refund once they'd deducted (£50)-£25 per tyre for postage.

I will NOT be using their website again to purchase tyres, I cannot afford to refuse to accept delivery as I cannot afford to pay an extra (£50) plus £40 to get them fitted.
Their website provided inaccurate information which was very much wrong and misleading. I actually cancelled the order before there was any indication it had been dispatched. The garage in question gave the impression it would be at least another week to wait, and as I have a defective tyre this can be dangerous and potentially illegal.

This is a Mickey Mouse company, avoid like the plague

The product was great just as I expected but the logistics was not so great and I got tracking for a company that did not even deliver my tyres and when I tried to log in to for help I could only speak to a robot and not a person

So I still await the return of my money after more emails and replies like 'We are doing everything we can to speed up the process'...'Your request has been escalated to a higher-level agent.' 'You will be contacted within 1 business day'...followed by...'we are doing everything we can to speed up the process.'

I have to be clear here, they used DPD to deliver and it was DPDs fault in not delivering, but this is not my issue, it is theirs: 'failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline is a breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.' 3 months waiting...

I ordered 4 tyres. Only 2 were correct. The other 2 were the wrong size.
This was not a change-of-mind return. It was their fulfilment error. I provided photos and contacted them as soon as I discovered the issue at the tyre shop.
Their response?
They hid behind a 14-day policy and told me the case was “closed” and there was “no point in contacting” them again.
Supplying incorrect goods and refusing to correct it is unacceptable. Internal policy does not override consumer law.
Very poor after-sales service. No accountability. No resolution.

Ordered two tyres a 17.15 on a Wednesday due to an MOT failure. Arrived and fitted by midday on Thursday.
MOT passed an hour later. Very pleased with the service received from Tyreleader!
