…wrong order

Ordered a set of pirelli tyres but they sent the wrong make and size,I've been trying with over a week to get the company to collect the wrong tyres and send right ones but all I get is request for more pictures,worst company I've ever dealt with for customer service no phone calls only email

When the tyres received don’t match the brand/size ordered, our service after-sales team usually needs a few specific photos (labels on the tyres, DOT, and the delivery label) to confirm the reference and organise the next step with the carrier. That said, we understand how frustrating it is to be asked repeatedly.

If you already have an open request by email/ticket, please reply here with your ticket number (or order number) and we will prioritise your case internally so an agent can review it quickly and move it forward without unnecessary back‑and‑forth.

If you don’t have a ticket yet, please open one via your secure customer account (or our contact form / live chat), so our team can access your order and arrange the appropriate solution.

Incorrect tyre was delivered

Incorrect tyre was delivered. Refused delivery. Customer service take 24hrs to respond and at that don't respond to the ticket raised. When I finally get a reply I am told the correct tyre cannot be sent out, also I have to wait for the returned tyre to be scanned back at the warehouse before a refund can be started. The refund should take between 1 to 2 weeks. Firstly I should have to wait for a warehouse scan as I never took receivership of the goods. Tracking is showing as being returned. Secondly send me what I ordered. Worst and slowest customer service I have experienced. My order was placed on the 11th of March. I still have no tyres and am out of pocket 130 euro. If you do order just hope you get what you ordered otherwise your in for some hardship.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience and the delay you’ve experienced — especially as you refused delivery because the tyre received didn’t match your order.

As you’ve already raised a ticket, we’re escalating it internally so it can be handled as a priority and you can get a clear update as quickly as possible.

Regarding the refund: even when delivery is refused, the return must be physically received and scanned at our warehouse before our system can start the refund process. We understand this feels unfair when you never took possession, but it’s the control point that allows us to confirm the parcel is back in our network. Once it’s received, the refund is then processed as quickly as possible (the timeframe can vary depending on banking delays).

About sending the correct tyre: if our team advised it can’t be shipped, it’s typically due to availability/logistics constraints at that moment — but your ticket will be reviewed to confirm what options are still possible.

If you share your order number or ticket ID (either here or via the ticket), we’ll ensure the team picks it up urgently and provides you with the next concrete step.

I ordered two tyres and only one…

I ordered two tyres and only one arrived. Luckily it was to a fitter who had a ring doorbell and was able to provide evidence of the driver only delivering one tyre then walking away immediately. I raised a ticket with Tyreleader and since then have made feel like the whole thing is my fault, have been asked to contact the courier myself and received absolutely no apology. Eventually after saying that my contract of sale is with Tyreleader not the courier, they said they would raise a ticket with the courier. I asked for a refund or a replacement in the meantime as I urgently need the tyre and was told "we don't do replacements". I have asked for a timeline for when this will be resolved and been told they can't provide one. Still no apology or any indication that it is appreciated that it is over a week later I am still no closer getting the tyre that I paid for. I appreciate that Tyreleader cannot be held responsible for a carrier issue, but they are responsible for ensuring I get what I paid for and that the communication with customer service at least acknowledges that this a problem. Really disappointed and feel totally helpless. Ticket number 2809833.

What an absolute nightmare

What an absolute nightmare. Avoid at all cost. No way you can talk to a human being. Ordered 4 matching tyres only 2 arrived the other 2 cancelled out of stock although still showing as available on the website. I requested 4 replacement matching tyres or my total outlay refunded and what was the procedure for returning the 2 tyres I was stuck with. then the week long nightmare began. Wouldn't answer emails opened a ticket on the website 4 messages left and no reply. Left a message on WhatsApp and ended up conversing with Ai for a week. Did everything Ai advised still no reply. Spoke to my bank who advised me to wait 15 days then try and get a charge back. This was my last message on the ticket after a week and then to avoid refunding the whole amount they refunded me for the 2 missing tyres and still no contact . After a truly horrendous experience I'm now stuck with 2 tyres after ordering a new set from Oponeo which came within 2 days hassle free. Absolutely horrendous. Avoid . Unfortunately I can't leave less than 1 star 😕 feel free tyreleader to comment with your Ai below

As you’ve already created a support ticket and sent several messages, we won’t ask you to open a new one. We’re escalating your case internally now so an agent can review it as a priority and come back to you with the appropriate next steps regarding the 2 tyres you received (return procedure and the options available, depending on the order details).

To help us locate your file quickly, could you reply here with your ticket number (or order number), or add a short message to the existing ticket with the subject “Review site escalation”? An agent will then pick it up and respond as soon as possible.

Regarding the stock issue: availability can change very quickly and, in some cases, the website update may lag — but we understand how frustrating it is when you ordered a full matching set and only part of it could be fulfilled. We’ll make sure this is checked in your case as well.

I wanted to share my experience to help…

I wanted to share my experience to help others avoid the same frustration I have been dealing with.

I ordered my tyres back in December 2025. The initial sales process was fine, but the trouble started the moment the order arrived. The delivery driver completely ignored the seller's stated process. Instead of requiring a signature so I could check the items, they simply dumped the tyres at the end of my driveway and left them there.

Because of this, I wasn't able to inspect them immediately upon arrival. When I finally brought them inside, I discovered the mistake: two of the tyres were the incorrect size/type.

I immediately contacted the seller via email to report the error. Since December, I have been stuck in an endless email loop with no solution. Communication is virtually non-existent—replies take weeks, and when they do come, they ask the same questions I already answered in previous emails. It feels like they are deliberately running down the clock.

It is now March, 2026, and I am still left with two incorrect tyres that I cannot use. The lack of accountability for their courier dumping the package, combined with the appalling after-sales communication, means I am now considering a chargeback to get my money back.

Multiple pick-ups of the incorrect tyres have been attempted without any success. Just get this stock standard response from tyreleader:

We’re sorry for the situation you’ve been dealing with since December — receiving two incorrect tyres, repeated failed pickup attempts, and slow, repetitive email exchanges is not the experience we want you to have.

Regarding the delivery: unless a “no-signature / safe place” authorisation was given, leaving the tyres dumped at the end of a driveway is an anomaly. We will also raise this with the carrier as part of the case review.

We can see you already have an open ticket (2685129). We’re prioritising it internally now so an agent can review the full history, stop the back-and-forth, and come back to you with a clear next step (collection arrangement and resolution options) as quickly as possible.

To help us speed this up, please keep all updates in ticket 2685129 and (if not already done) confirm there:
- your full delivery address and a phone number for the carrier,
- your preferred pickup availability window,
- photos of the tyre labels showing size/type (sidewall markings).
