I had a fantastic experience with Tysew's delivery service! The drop-off was incredibly simple and smooth. Driver James called beforehand to let me know he was on his way, which I really appreciated. He was extremely friendly and professional. The machine was securely strapped in the van, ensuring it couldn't move during transit. The entire process was seamless. Thank you, Tysew and James, for such excellent service!

Update, i was able to switch my Machine for the original model I wanted, and that was a breeze to set up over the phone, was sent an invoice, paid on Friday and on the Monday I had a call from James the delivery driver saying he'll be dropping it off soon. Great service.

Absolutely fantastic company with outstanding service. Raj spent the afternoon going over every aspect of the embroidery machine I was interested in and allowed me to try it myself. I also received an excellent deal. I would be happy to recommend this company and would use it again without hesitation.

Saw a machine that suited my needs for sale so gave them a call , Raj was brilliant and informative about the machine on the phone so arranged to visit their premises , upon arrival I was greeted and shown the machine and all the functions throughly . Purchased a ty-1100dd-1 and was given advice and help when discussing my requirements. They were all very helpful. Quick delivery by their own driver as i didn’t live too far away, the driver was very helpful and helped me get the machine into my front door.
Would strongly recommend this company.

Absolutely fantastic can not fault james who came he was a dream he helped get my machine into the house and helped take out the other machine for return. He took a picture to prove delivery gave me the receipt and told me any problems to ring up fantastic great customer service would definitely recommend
