Very happy customer I recently ordered Cormar Carpet from UAE Carpets for 2 bedrooms, it was the lowest price I found anywhere after trawling the internet which I was thrilled about as this brand's carpet is amazing quality and not the cheapest by any stretch. I called their customer service to check they had enough stock as it said it was low on the website - they did - and the lady helped guide me through ordering the right amount, really friendly and helpful, set the date for delivery, and shortly after I had a confirmation email. I called again about a week before the delivery date as I wanted to check everything was on track, once again really friendly and helpful chap spoke to me and said it was in the warehouse all ready to be dispatched. Turned up as expected on the delivery date and I could not be happier with it, an exact match to the carpet sample I had ordered direct from UAE Carpets, for a really good price! Will be ordering from here again when we do our stairs.
