Resposta da Ubergames.co.uk
Hi Brian,
Thanks for dropping us a review and glad that you're really happy with the croquet set. We're very sorry that the packaging wasn't up to your expectation on delivery. Sometimes it does get damaged in transit but we always want it to meet customers expectations. If you could let me know your order number I will take it up with the courier company to ensure it doesn't happen again.
Thanks again and enjoy the summer ahead.

Excellent products and service
I've ordered both the Giant Chess and Croquet. The quality of both products is excellent and the customer has been equally good.
I'd thoroughly recommend Uber Games.

Great product and great service!
This was 100‰ trouble free from the start! The ordering and subsequent delivery to Portugal was without hitch. (one tiny hiccup happened when I could´t seem to get the tracking to recognise the reference number but a fast, friendly and helpful response soon had that sorted!) The delivery was very quick and the ´Croquet Set´is perfect!
The quality for the price is really good and I am very tempted to indulge in other outdoor game goodies!
Thank you!

Excellent service
Extremely good service. Deliveries are made in a pre-arranged time slot of one hour. Problems dealt with promptly and efficiently by courteous staff. Replacement for a faulty component arrived the following day. All in all very satisfactory. Have placed a second order with this exemplary company.

Poor condition of goods
I ordered the large tumble tower for £50.
Unfortunately the item was dusty, and the zip to the bag was broken. It was for a Christmas present, so I did not have time to return the item. I simply cleaned it up as best I could and have the receiver of my gift the option to return. Which they declined. Very disappointing.

Resposta da Ubergames.co.uk
Hi there. Thanks for bringing it to our attention that there was a fault with the storage case of the item you received and that it was dusty.
We pride ourselves in providing high quality products and would therefore happily provide you / the receiver with a replacement bag for the tumble tower. All our products are stored in a modern warehouse and should not be in anyway dusty but I will be sure to take this matter further with the warehouse to ensure it doesn't happen again.
Please do get in touch via email if you wish to pursue this matter further.
Well packaged - arrived promptly
Very pleased with item - very solid and well made - would definitely buy from this company again
