I have used these guys before for the repair of a different controller. So naturally i used them again when my controller for my XBX series 2 elite went wrong. great repair, fixed the issue but had other issues which to be fair i should have noticed - all sorted and serviced - great service and comms from them. Will use again no doubt.

I sent my elite series 2 for mail in repair. Their pricing is transparent, they're communicative with the progress of the repairs and letting you know how to get it packaged and sent properly. Very professional and the repair and return was faster than expected for me.
