Bought this one day ago smok species white and red brilliant company thanks guys for email that it was in stock great smok machine

Ordered a new Smok species 2 kit took over a month to get. They did email me to advise of the delay. Every email I sent they ignored. The thing finally turned up about 5 weeks late, but in fairness I think Smok was to blame for that.
To give ubervape a second chance I ordered some eliquid from them. They dispatched it within 24 hrs and I had it within 48 hrs so I can't complain about the service this time around.

How this place is stll running i dont know, pre ordered something to get an email the day its supposed to be released saying its still in customs, no where will have them!! What a load of bull loads of places has them in.. They quoted in the email if we want a refund email them, well one thing wrong with that they never reply to emails!! Worst company out there, may have to pay a little visit this week

Slowest Shipping ever.. Waste of money don't bother with these guys they sell stock they clearly don't have.

10 days after my order and paid for 1-2 days delivery on top and still waiting my order to be dispatched.
I have emailed them twice and no response and to be honest I do not want any.
Just claiming via paypal dispute my money back and will never shop from them again.
Seriously in my entire life I haven't had such bad experience so well done UberVape, you won! lol

6 days ago I ordered a pack of coils. Paid a premium for delivery as they were listed as in stock and I wanted them quickly.

6 days later, 3 days after emailing to find out why they hadn't shipped - I called to chase only to be told "ah smok haven't released any more stock into the UK yet, we're waiting on their shipment"... Right so why list them as in stock? "Because we were expecting them..."

No, you list items in stock when they're in stock!

Waste of time and money due to lying, dishonest and dare I say intentionally misleading stock levels.

If you can't trust their stock levels to be true (obviously stocking discrepancies aside) how can you trust anything else?

Avoid imo.

Extremely unhappy I placed an order 5 days ago at 12 pm and received dispatch confirmation 3 days after, still no juice and with the bank holiday looming I will not receive until Tuesday if I’m lucky. As this is my first order from them and it has taken so long I will not recommend and probably not return.
