Return Policy Disappointing
Good quality products that I couldn’t source locally.
It is disappointing that you can’t return an item unless it is damaged.
When my product arrived, it was much heavier than I realised. I would have liked to return it but was not able to. I understand I would have had to pay the shipping cost, and I would happily of done so.
In this day and age, your returns policy falls far short of your competitors.
