UCR Consultants Opiniões

Speaking with the same consultant before last time. She was clear in the statements she made.

Pravina Mulji was extremely good
She gave us a lot information about our electric rates. . We then went onto agree a contract with UCR . Very helpful

It was a pleasant experience as it was hassle free

It was very easy and efficient process and Jessica Malvaganama explained kindly and helped me to decide which energy suppliers.

Very friendly people and explanation very clear

Your agent Pavinda (?) made everything very easy & explained the implications of change within the Gas & Electricity Industries & their pricing

Helpful knowledgeable staff

Pravina has, for many years now, helped our small charity and its trading arm cafe to get the very best deal for our energy consumption. It is a minefield for an individual on a trustee board to go through all the different price comparisons and come to the right decision. Pravina has guided myself as treasurer through all the different deals on offer and helped me make the right decision. This is an invaluable saving of my time and I can proceed with confidence that I am doing what is right and best for our charity. She is then always available to talk through any concerns.

Helpful and quick.

Pravina has been advising me on energy contracts for a number of years. She is courteous and sensitive to circumstances. I appreciated her advice and ways to communicate when going through a period of bereavement. One really has the feeling that she cares for my being able to make savings on my bills. She listens and considers my - the client's - perspective. One never gets the feeling that one is pressurized into a contract.

Mahad Abdisalam was extremely helpful getting me the best rates and getting me in contract very quickly. He also took the time to help me sort out an issue I had with a scammer. I am very grateful for all his help and happy with his services. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy and reliable energy consultant.

Efficient, friendly consultant

Very helpfull they took there time to explain what was going to happen
Very happy

Tyson made contact with us because we had sought help from UCR some time ago. I found him most helpful and he was quick to get relevant information out to us. He was willing to talk to agents who could give him more time and assistance on our behalf. He spent time assisting me with signing online forms where I needed much of his time too. And we seem to have a good deal on energy as a result.

Jessica was great and supplied the Company with a Great Deal
