Well organised, however I would say the"compulsory" (no real alternative) to having to take out the insurance waiver at £34, plus car parking of another £2 is a bit of a con.

Thank you for leaving a 4 star review and feedback of the experience day. Our damage waiver is the lowest priced waiver in the industry and it is there to protect the driver if they wish to purchase. Sure, you can decline the option, but we require assurance that you can afford to repair the vehicle if it was damaged during your experience. Motorsport and the type of events we run do have this element of risk and whilst some decide to decline, many do opt in to buy the waiver to have peace of mind throughout the day. It covers as many cars as you wish to drive during the day. The car park charge covers the extra space required for our customers and at just £2 compared to other companies in the industry is very low priced. My kids had the best experience
My kids had the best experience. We went to just see the cars but when they heard they could have a ride in one, they jumped at the chance. They both went 2 high speed laps in an Atom. They came away with the biggest smiles. We will be back again in the summer. Thank you

Fantastic time
We had an amazing time at the event. We booked junior Supercar drive as a early birthday gift for our son. He was very excited and couldn't wait to drive the car's as it was his first driving experience. He did very well at the track at Lamborghini and Audi. He also had a Atom ride. The event was well organized and everything was explained to us upon arrival. We had a fantastic time and definitely will come back.

My son Riley-James is coming up 11…
My son Riley-James is coming up 11 years old and for his birthday we thought we would do something like we had never done before for him which was the supercar experience and we even opted for their Brand new helicopter ride it was amazing start to finish and I would like to give a huge heads up to Karen who was amazing my sons autistic and after waiting a while he got home sick and became unsettled after speaking to her she took him off me and got him on his last 3 cars at the speed of lightning so thank you so much for making his experience a great one :) will defiantly recommend and book again alongside the booking experience was so easy to run threw :)

Very good but the only thing to change might be reducing the damage waiver fee. And allowing family to sit with drivers if the car has enough space (in addition to the instructor )

Our driving experiences are One on One with a Driver Coach and the customer. The reason for this is A) nearly all our vehicles only have 2 seats, and B) it prevents distraction. Safety is paramount at all of our events and this is something that will not change.
However, we do offer a High Speed Thrill Ride experience in a BMW Saloon Car or Volkswagen Hot Hatchback which 3 people and a driver can enjoy at just £10 per seat.

Fantastic Day out
I came along to the event at Carlisle Airport with a friend, we both booked ourselves a drive and a passenger ride experience. The organisation was fantastic, getting signed in and ready for the experience was quick and easy with super friendly and helpful staff. As we hadn't done one of these days before it was recommended to do a sighting lap, one of the pro drivers took us out for a lap and explained in detail the specifics of this track and how they manage the cars from a safety perspective, if it is your first time or first go at a particular venue I recommend this option!
Our driving timeslots came up and my friend went out first in the Aston Martin V8 Vantage, she got up to speed quickly with great advice from her professional, Adam. She came back beaming, within a couple of minutes I headed out for my drive in the Shelby Cobra, a lifelong dream drive for me. It was proper back to basics driving, no power steering, no ABS, just noise and acceleration!
After our drives we had our fast passenger laps, I opted to pay a bit extra for the Ariel Atom ride and wow! It was exhilarating, well worth the extra if you can handle the G forces :) My friend went out for her fast lap in the Golf and she also loved every minute of it.
On the day all of the staff were fantastic, friendly and enthusiastic about the cars, the driving and making sure we had a great experience. Next time I will be booking a few more cars to drive.
I highly recommend getting out to one of these events, you don't need to be an expert driver and the day is setup for your to enjoy at your speed.

Great day out
Great day out. Good organisation despite large crowds. The choice of cars was outstanding everything from a Batmobile to the best array of supercars I have ever seen. I also went on the helicopter ride what a great experience. When I wasn't driving or in the helicopter I just watched the sheer joy on the faces of other people as they took their turn, especially the young guests. A great day I would try it again.

Very long wait to drive for a few mins
Very long wait to drive for a few mins. Waited for over 3 hours for my son's name to be called for a few mins drive. Then had to wait in another long queue to get the fast drive. I feel there was too many people booked at same time. Luckily the weather was nice staff were very friendly

A gift we really enjoyed!
We were gifted a voucher for the Caterham car experience and had such a good time! My mum is not much of car person and she LOVED driving the car around and learning a bit about the best way to drive it. We felt safe and that we were able to have a good go in the car. Next time we might book multiple cars as its quite a treck for a short amount of time with just one slot.

A mess.
I booked this experience for my partner via Groupon. I didn’t pay for a damage waiver when booking as it was optional and knew my partner would be accompanied by an instructor and was not booked in for the high speed drive; I understand accidents can happen so was prepared to pay for this if it was mandatory. Upon arrival we were asked to pay for the damage waiver and given the option to pay for various test drives/track runs to gain an understanding of the site; I assumed a trial lap or at minimum a safety video etc. would be part of the experience to understand the track and any rules, it was not, so there were extra expenses despite having paid online as well as a parking charge which was inexpensive but it was just a grassy area on a gliding field. We booked a 12:00pm - 14:00pm slot and spent more time waiting, despite the car being available, than my partner actually did doing the laps. I chose the ‘Lamborghini Spyder’ online; it’s pictured in green on the site and came under the voucher I had purchased. My partner was put in a different Lamborghini despite the one we booked being available; we were advised that the picture online is not up to date and the one we booked was actually a “premium” vehicle and would cost more. The video taken was of my partner and the instructor inside the vehicle chatting to one another, none from the outside … I’m not sure why anyone would want a video of themselves chatting inside the car 😅 The pictures from outside on the track were lacklustre and taken from a distance so not worth the prices being asked (£25+). We managed to get better pictures via an iPhone camera … overall the experience was poor and not worth the money, even if booked via Groupon.

Thank you for your feedback about your experience day. Our damage waiver at £34 is an industry leading and lowest priced product on the market. It protects you that if "ANYTHING" was to happen whilst the customer is driving, they are not liable for the cost of repair to the vehicles they drive. It lasts all day, so if you add more cars on, the waiver covers you. When signing in, our Hospitality Team offer all the optional extras that you can purchase on the day. A health and safety briefing is on your booking confirmation as well as driver card so can be watched at the event, or prior.
The Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder has many variants in Colour as we do have multiples of this model. When booking, it does state in our terms and conditions that vehicle colours can vary on the day due to which vehicle is attending from our vast fleet.
Photos and videos on the day are for customers who wish to take the memory of a driving experience home with them. I can assure you, we do not just chat with customers when performing a driving experience, it is where you get to see just how much of a concentration face you can pull when driving some of these amazing machines.
I do feel that this experience for you had one expectation and it was another, as you have stated it " A Mess" but the review doesn't reflect a messy day. The voucher purchased via Groupon was discounted by nearly 80% and I do not think the review actually reflects the experience you have had. I have however passed this to the events team.
