I have been waiting for one month for my refund, until now customer service keep telling they are still waiting for the warehouse that they have received the package! As if customer service office in a different country than the warehouse! This is unbelievable!!

Ich habe im August 2025 zwei Produkte von Unicity im Wert von ca. 370 € bestellt – eines für mich und eines für eine Kollegin. Der gesamte Kauf lief über mich. Wir haben beide die Produkte getestet, leider ohne Erfolg.

Ich habe daraufhin mein eigenes Produkt im Rahmen der 90-Tage-Geld-zurück-Garantie reklamiert. Nach langem und mühsamem E-Mail-Verkehr habe ich dafür schließlich eine Rückerstattung erhalten. Für das zweite Produkt wird mir die Rückzahlung jedoch verweigert, obwohl auch dieses unter die beworbene Garantie fallen sollte.

Sehr enttäuschend, dass Unicity sein Garantieversprechen nicht vollständig einhält. Ich kann den Kauf daher nicht empfehlen.
