Smooth and Efficient Support from the Consultant
I had a great experience with uhomes, especially thanks to my consultant, Mr. Tung. He was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. From helping me find a suitable place to assisting with the booking and documents, everything was handled very quickly and smoothly.
Mr. Tung guided me step by step and made the whole process much easier and less stressful. His support and clear communication really made a difference.
Overall, a smooth and efficient experience. I would definitely recommend their service to students or anyone looking for accommodation.

This company is utterly useless.
This company is completely useless. My move-in date was supposed to be March 1st, yet I still haven’t been able to pay the first month’s rent due to their dysfunctional system.
The website directs you to their app to make payment, but when you open the app everything is written in Chinese, meaning I have to constantly rely on Google Translate just to navigate it. After struggling through the process and uploading all the required documents, the system then asks for an ID number that does not accept any of the identification I have. On top of that, the address section does not allow UK addresses and only provides regions in China as options.
I have called their support line every day this week and the only response I receive is to contact our assigned consultant, Ujwal. Unfortunately, the consultant lives in India, which means he is not reachable during normal UK working hours. When we do email him, he simply redirects us to another email address in China. We have also tried contacting him via WhatsApp, but those messages are ignored.
The entire system is appalling and has left me unable to move into the accommodation I’m trying to rent. As a result, I’ve had to spend additional money on Airbnbs while waiting for this to be resolved.
I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone.

Honest review
To be honest, not everything is nice and as glory as people might expect. And this get very tricky for a first-time customer like me to rent a student accommodation, but the only thing that is always be perfect and excellent is my agency Thu Hien. She is very, how do I say, very cute, lovely, she take care everything, answer my question quickly, and handle all the work for me, even some of the work that I believe not her responsibility.
