I am extremely disappointed with my…
I am extremely disappointed with my experience booking Belgrave View (Birmingham) through the uhomes platform. When I booked, I was explicitly promised a £150 cashback and a £100 referral bonus (Total £250).
I have clear WhatsApp proof from a uhomes agent stating that these funds would be paid to me by December 2025. It is now late February 2026, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received a single penny.
When I contacted their support team, they moved the goalposts and claimed it would now take more than 6 months to process. This is a complete breach of the agreement made at the time of booking. It feels like a "bait and switch" tactic to get students to sign leases, only to withhold the promised incentives indefinitely.
As an international student, I rely on these budgets. If you are booking through uhomes, be warned: their written promises regarding cashback and referral amounts may not be honored on time, if at all.

I’m very satisfied with the service…
I’m very satisfied with the service provided by uHomes. The support team is attentive professional, and caring. Whenever I had questions or concerns, they responded very quickly even when I messaged outside of working hours.
I would especially like to thank Ms Thanh Nhàn for taking such great care of me throughout the entire process. She was careful and always made the effort to find the best possible options that suited my needs. She explained everything clearly and made me reassured when making decisions.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for an agency for student accommodation

Top tier service
I was struggling to find a place to stay when I start my uni life in Melbourne but luckily, I found Uhomes.
