I am a disabled beginner and these guys especially Matt went out of there way to help me play. they are more interested in your needs than selling you the most expensive kit. Absolut LEGENDS
Very pleasant experience buying from them. I ordered a wolverine inferno engine and a JST battery to go with it and are both impeccable in my Specna Arms. Another huge bonus was that they offer 10% off your first order (which for me it was) which is more than any other website I've seen, so this was a massive plus. Only downside was that delivery was a little slow for £8 but taking into consideration it was bank holiday week, and after contacting them asking about my order, which they were very helpful about, I wasn't bothered at all. 5 stars, would absolutely buy from them again.
Ordered a Tokyo Marui Hi Capa 4.3 from them, prepainted two tone blue as they were one of the only shops offering that model in a pre painted configuration at the time. Whilst I understand the paint wasn’t done by them probably (correct me if I’m wrong on that) the item was fully functional, well painted and clearly tested. The only complaint I have is minor, but there was gas in the mag upon arrival. This is actually recommended for storage so I don’t blame them for it and think it’s good, but some degree of warning should probably be given. Luckily I was knowledgeable to check before doing anything silly with it, but someone might. Maybe a slip saying there’s gas in the mag upon arrival should be included.
Good shipping time too, took a few days to arrive. Have no experience with their customer service team or physical location however, because I didn’t have to return or inquire about my purchase.
Date is an estimate, I don’t remember the exact date I made the purchase.
